I opened business accounts and credit cards with Emily. She was great throughout the process! She was very professional but personable at the same time. Good job!

The most useless branch now… Tellers are absolutely unprofessional and don’t know how to even talk properly to people and customers. No manners and no knowledges at all. They hardly can make a sentence with any sense. This branch was great before… Very sad.

Would like to continue to say the girl at the front desk then decided to go against my privacy and take my check and call the personal number on there to try and complain about my review. I will now be taking this to legal matters since your employee VASSY wanted to do something very weird. I will be reporting her as well.

Change your hours online, you're educated enough to be progressive about this. Nobody likes driving to the only chase in seal beach and find out its not open because of youre irresponsibility.

Best branch if you need to get any help in-person. James Kemp is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I use online banking regularly and never like visiting a branch because staff at the branch usually are rude, slow, not helpful and almost make you feel they don’t want you there. Not the case in this branch in Seal Beach at all. I don’t mind driving the extra distance if I need any help from a human in a branch. Thank you James and your staff for making banking at Chase Seal Beach a very pleasant experience - you have made a difference for me and demonstrated that visiting a branch doesn’t have to be an unpleasant and frustrating experience. Thank you!

I have been a Chase customer for 25 years. Chase had my email address and phone number, but failed to notify me that one of my lesser-used cards had a $32.96 unpaid balance. That card had a $20,000.00 limit. Because Chase did not update my mailing address when I moved, and chose not to call, text, or email me despite having all three methods to reach me, I lost 140 points on my credit score, Chase took all of my Sky Miles, and canceled my credit card, which I'd never been late on in 15 years. I'd have expected more after 25 years as a customer. Choosing to ruin my credit and multiple-decade banking relationship over a $32.96 balance on a $20,000.00 credit line without so much as an email or telephone call? Chase's "Credit Bureau Liaison" confirmed that "it's not Chase's policy to email, text, or call if a payment is late." Wow. Words cannot express how negatively I now feel about Chase. I won't be shy about sharing my experience with everyone I know, so they can avoid vesting decades of good faith doing business with a company that would handle a situation like this so poorly.

Having recently been to a Chase in MIssion Hills in the San Fernando valley and watched as customers were treated with complete disrespect, I just want to show my appreciation for the fantastic staff in Seal Beach who always go out of their way to make sure the customers are satisfied and leave with a SMILE on their face. THANK YOU CHASE SEAL BEACH!!

Branch manager provided with the worst customer service in this location. I am very disappointed with the treatment that was giving to me, very poor service. Chase needs to invest a Little more on training their employees.

The drive up banking wasn't working. The outside atm does give you $5, 20, and $50s I think. If the drive up worked I would have given 5 stars.

I can walk there from my practice. For convenience I opened a savings and business account here. Fraudulent charge on my business account. Chase did NOT pick it up. I contracted to use their Paymentech mobile payment system (like PayPal, Square, etc) to link it to my business account. Took so much paperwork! Got the device weeks later and it did NOT work, wouldn't charge. Had a few techy people look at it. I made the mistake of going into the SB location to discuss this. I was told by a rep, Nick, to send it back to where it was sent from. WRONG move. No one could track it, as an RMA was needed. James Diaz is a gem; he is their greatest asset. But I am moving all my $$ out. Enough hypertension. I've had stellar experiences banking at the credit unions; OCCU actually accommodates business accounts (unlike Teachers First CU), but a few less payment features than Chase. Wish my CU were across the street, or at least in Seal Beach.

Horrible service. This lady with glasses at the front desk was very rude. She treated me as if I was a child and that is not okay. Treat your customers with respect. I'll make sure to not come back to you guys and to tell my friends and family to not go to this branch because of horrible customer service.

Just went in this Chase bank and the manager was extremely rude, i think her name is Kathy. This was the worse customer service I've ever received in a bank.

Finally a Chase branch that doesn't make me want to vacuum my brain out of my skull. This is a wonderful location. The staff is helpful and very nice, unlike most branches that exist.
