The worst service I have ever received. They have held a verified check for 9 days and I was told 1-2 day hold.
Absolutely ridiculous

Corp Rules. Won't be decent humans. Citing policy. Told them my situation lost my current ID but had most recent expired ID bank card credit card and other paperwork saying it's me. I needed into my security box. To get special gift. Ruined everything on special anniversary

We came in without an appointment at 430 PM on a Friday to add a beneficiary to an account. Thinking we would be dismissed, a Gabriel came up to us and said to please give them a few minutes. A few minutes after that, Betty Chacon graciously welcomed us into her office. This bank has amazing customer service. Debbie also helped my mom with some online banking questions. She was so helpful to us. It's been a long time since we've been treated with such respect and kindness.

I had to make an important wire transfer and Gabriel Alfaro was very helpful. He was also very patient and kind and had excellent communication and people skills. I would do more business at this branch because of his professionalism and great personality.

Absolutely the worst customer service possible. They go out of their way to make it difficult for a business to do, well, business. They got rid of business banking at my current branch and told me to contact business banking at the 13900 Seal Beach Blvd branch. Good ###ing luck. Days of calling and no one answers the phone. The 800 number was of no help either. Are they trying to make me take my business elsewhere? Chase Bank, they don't care, they don't want to.

Debbie is amazing and is the only reason I am still using Chase. Don't waste your time with other local branches, this is the only one worth coming into.

It has been impossible to reach the branch by phone. We are beyond the restrictions of the pandemic, the location is staffed, but answering the phone does not seem to be a priority (have tried to call 5+ times to schedule an appointment). But what makes this aspect worse is, you can't leave a message or email the branch. So you're literally stuck. A bank should either be able to take calls, or allow customers to leave a message for a return call. It's that simple.

If, by some chance the stars align correctly and they actually answer their phone in the first place? Don't hold your breath waiting for a call back on the message you may have left. You're going to have to go to the branch in person and glower at them to get ANYTHING accomplished. Maybe pack a lunch too because they'll keep you waiting.

I've been banking here for over ten years never have had a problem until recently. Walked into the branch and they went over and beyond. I was super frustrated with the 800 people answering. Debbie at the branch took over and took care of me. Thank you! Chase needs more employees like her! Thank you Debbie. Great work

Sofia was the best. She had everything ready for me when I showed up and got me out quick. Very knowledgeable. I wish other locations had people as good as her.

I have been a Chase customer for 25 years. Chase had my email address and phone number, but failed to notify me that one of my lesser-used cards had a $32.96 unpaid balance. That card had a $20,000.00 limit. Because Chase did not update my mailing address when I moved, and chose not to call, text, or email me despite having all three methods to reach me, I lost 140 points on my credit score, Chase took all of my Sky Miles, and canceled my credit card, which I'd never been late on in 15 years. I'd have expected more after 25 years as a customer. Choosing to ruin my credit and multiple-decade banking relationship over a $32.96 balance on a $20,000.00 credit line without so much as an email or telephone call? Chase's "Credit Bureau Liaison" confirmed that "it's not Chase's policy to email, text, or call if a payment is late." Wow. Words cannot express how negatively I now feel about Chase. I won't be shy about sharing my experience with everyone I know, so they can avoid vesting decades of good faith doing business with a company that would handle a situation like this so poorly.

For the past 10 years as a chase customer & I've been all the professional experience from not fortunate cities professionalism and to Brentwood, Beverly, Malibu etc etc. I've witnessed all branches in poor and great areas as professionalism. This branch simply "wowd" me from the greeter and business clerk. Specially during this crazy times.
