Google maps and automated voice greeting says it closes at 12am. Came here at 11:40pm and it is closed. Please update your phone greeting and your hours on Google and Yelp.

I have been a customer of cvs here in seal beach since 2016. the last 2-3 years they have have gone way the heck down. The pharmacy does not abide my HIPPA, blast out remarks that are insulting or embarrassing to others wehen they hear what has been said. Could be joking, no....rude and un called for. I have signed up for care pass home delivery since Jan 2021. I have now canceled it as they don't send it, or they don't know how and keep passing the buck, Told to call corp office and have more times then I should have ever done. Screwed up all my past financial summaries and my husbands to a point that they are missing tracking months of paid prescriptions for those months and not listed, and blah blah blah. The icing on the cake to which made the deal breaker was Martin and his insensitive, mean, personal bashing remarks. Uncalled for and should get him fired. I say this for all the people he has done this too. I am not alone. I have filed grievance with the state and will I never tolerate such a thing. So rude, and your pathetic. Dont be in the people business if you dislike it. Foolish. I held my mouth long enough so I review here. I have quit CVS all together. New pharmacy, they take good care and call if a problem delivery is free and no BS. What was I thinking (not sure why) putting up with the miserable times there or ask for something to be done and they don't have time. It is not normal. Truly they are not backing the elderly, only shaming, and being mean. Over selling prescripts Or unresponsive to your questions or concerns. When you don't live the life of people coming in for who knows what and you are not friendly, shut the heck up! I am one to not say much, so don't give me trouble. I just come to pickup because you cant figure out how to get carepass to work at $5.34 a month for 2 years of no delivery. Discussed, and all the people I know will not be going there either. No compassion (not looking for anything of the sort), and you all hate your job. It is felt, and noticeable all the time. Maybe someday very soon when someone disrespects you out of nowhere, for god who knows why, it will hit you to the very core, and that is what you made me feel like! Never again

My insurance covers Covid home testing kits 8 per family until October. I was informed by the pharmacist at this location I would need a prescription for the test without even checking my insurance to see what was covered with in my policy. I doubled checked my policy and tried to show him how my insurance would pay for the test but he confirmed that CVS will not honor the conditions of my insurance as a store wide policy. I went to Walgreens and they took care of this and got me the test. For me this is a matter of trust and from this interaction I will not trust a cvs pharmacist/pharmacy going forward.

This pharmacy is going from bad to worse! The pharmacy technician is the most inconsiderate person around. Every time I come in to get a prescription, I get the same tech. She is rude and short with most people. I decided to place a review here in the hopes something gets better

Almost nothing went right at this store. I signed up online for a shingles vaccine and had a 3:30 appt. When I arrived, the lady couldn't find my reservation in the system, even with a confirmation number. No biggie, stuff happens.At vaccine time, she filled the syringe, and then twist it into a separate part which contains the needle. Well, the needle looked quite huge, so I asked about it and she agreed that it was probably too large (huh?).She got a smaller needle and the syringe wouldn't push the liquid through it. It stuck. She then tried another needle component, and another, and another, then retrieved a different batch of needles and tried two more - none worked. She said their needles are frequently defective, and asked me to be patient as she looked for another different smaller needle.Needless to say, I was quickly losing confidence in this ultimately going well for me, assuming she ever found a working needle at all.Well, needle number 7 apparently worked, and as she was giving me the injection she was complaining about their staffing shortages.After the shot, she couldn't find a band aid, and two other pharmacy attendants started helping her look for one. I offered to go out to Aisle 11 and pick up some band aids myself, only half joking, but they managed to find a single band aid after about 4 minutes.I'm currently at home, hoping I don't have an air bubble coursing through my veins.Oh, and to top it off, I got a text from CVS stating it was too bad that I missed my appointment and providing me with a link to reschedule. So apparently they never found/logged my appointment.It would be hard for me to imagine a more dysfunctional vaccine appointment, and since shingles is a two shot process - I'll be getting #2 elsewhere.

In these times of supply chain shortages it's hard to get medication's when needed. The pharmacist's do their best. The staff is great and will do all they can to help.

Flu shots are not free. The sign says free. The advertising says free. The sign in for appointment shows no charges. CVS will then demand 49$. This is a scam. Do you leave and endanger your health or hand over the cash. Never again.

IS THIS LOCATION STILL IN BUSINESS??Does ANYONE hear the phone ring in the pharmacy????? Seriously!!! Bad impression for new customer. As I'm writing this review, I'm on hold for the 2nd time, going on 8 minutes, 1st call, I hung up after 10 minutes of waiting.GEEEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZ!!!! NOT EVEN THE STORE ANSWERS!!!

The lady here at the Minute Clinic here was super unfriendly and inconsiderate. I went to a different CVS closer to me but they didn't have availability today. When I went, they allowed both my husband and I to enter and were very understanding and courteous to both of us. This time, the woman said no visitors as if I was some shmo stranger off the street and not his wife and slammed the door in my face! I may come here for buying products but I will never come back to the minute Clinic and neither will he! Not if they want to separate you from your own spouse as if he won't tell me his results?? Sorry to burst your bubble lady but he will! We are close that way and he understands me unlike you probably know!! To Miss Tesfaye, who is an African American woman, learn customer service skills because that wasn't it. Plus it was very slow just for my husband to get seen. We sat their a whole half hour after our appointment was due. I only sat their about 5-10 minutes for mine. The only decent person their was the woman who was helping people get checked in. She was very nice and polite and gave us good information and that's the only reason I gave the 2 star rating! I would like to give better ratings but my experience is not close to what it should be! The other CVS location will be getting a positive review though because they really helped me and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns! This location did less than that but now based on other ratings, I am not the only one with an unpleasant experience! Do better here. Thanks!!
