9/7/25 Twice in 5 months. Not good! Why im stuck with elderly lady. Each time they stick me with her. Language barrier. No strength for massage. I say harder massage and it’s light. I say again , now I’m begging.
Repeating myself numerous times. Rechecking nail cut. Telling her what I need. Way too much talking from me to the older lady. I came there to wax. Lady minute decided to try a pedicure only to get the sake result: disappointed.
I’m offended they would assume by my age that I need an elderly person.
I believe if I were in my 70s I would get this older lady by choice . 32$ later: I’m so disappointed. My massage was rubbing my skin. That’s not a pedicure massage.
Am I supposed to stop the pedicure and say I want someone younger and better ?I called and stated it was bad after the time and I even told this gal it was not good last time.
There was no motivation on her part to get me a better massage.
Owner and manager is good. But you’re going to have to be assertive here on the phone call. In person at counter . And to the face of the attendant doing the pedicure.
That’s allot of work for a customer.
I swear I’m only going here as a last resort.

Just went in for a Deluxe Pedicure today, came in at 6pm and they were friendly enough to take me! A couple more walk ins came in around 630pm and they were still happy to let them come in for service. Jasmine was such a sweet tech! She was very detailed oriented with my shape and color. Massage was so good too! Worth the $70.

These ladies always go above and beyond at Happy Nails! Joy is an outstanding nail artist who always passes the bar with my nails! These are one of my absolute favorite sets! They take such good care of everyone and keep the environment constantly clean and lovely. I love going here, and if you're looking for a consistent nail salon, Happy Nails in Seal is the way to go!

Today I came in for a regular Mani/pedi. April did my manicure , she had outstanding customer service, did a great job on my manicure, and I loved the massage.. it's like she had healing hands . If you come here, I highly recommend that you ask for April. As for the lady who did my pedicure had below ok customer service, and the pedicure was not that great... I didn't get her name. :/ I'm rating this place 5 stars because of April and everyone else that was friendly in this place .

I got a simple manicure done but was rushed the entire time. Nail artist had me pay and tip her before she painted my nails, only to speed through painting them. I had paint smudged on the side of my nails, once she got the top coat on she said "Thank you!" and immediately went to work on another client. I was left sitting there for a few minutes before I decided to just leave. As I was walking out the door and zipping up my bag, I noticed my nails were already chipped from the zipper but figured it was fine because it wasn't too noticeable. Less than an hour after getting my nails done and the thumb was completely smudged. I got a full refund, but I really would never go here again.

Some of the staff are openly racist against people of color and it is overlooked by front desk/ management.

Too preoccupied to give individual attention. I had to leave because in the middle of treatment the person was going back and forth to other customers. Never again!

Service technician was Annie not friendly and doesn't listen to what you ask of her. For example I asked her to trim a little of my nails and she trimmed a lot of my nails. I also noticed she used a scrub on my feet only when the service includes at least below your knees. Another thing to mention she's not professional in her painting skills.

Was a walk-in today and got lucky the place wasn't busy at that moment. Wendy did a really good job with my gel manicure and she is very nice as well. I will be back to see Wendy in the future!

I walked in for an acrylic fill with gel polish and they were pretty busy. I was getting worked on within 5 minutes, and was out of there in an hour. I don't understand how they only have 3 stars on Yelp right now. Great service, my nails look awesome, and I would definitely go back if I'm in the area again! Highly recommend this nail salon!
