I'm glad I spoke with someone today while in petsmart, as sad as it is we didn't get the second cat from this place, I am happy to hear that a lot has changed and new people are working here. The threat of having my cat removed was traumatic, and ridiculous allegations. So happy that they have hired better people. Also nice to know that this won't happen to someone again.

I have adopted 2 cars from Cat Paws. The volunteers are caring and kind people. My cats were well cared for and happy in their enviroment. Cat Paws was well staffed with volunteers so, the cats were able to excerise and fed at least twice per day.

We adopted our cat in Dec 2020, after our cat of 18 years had passed earlier that year in July. The online adoption interest firm and follow up phone calls were handled compassionately, with regards to the kitten's best interest. 3 years later our cat is still a delight & joy.

Rude, uninformative, don't follow up, don't answer questions, don't care and shouldn't be in business.

We had a great experience adopting our two kittens from Helen Sanders CatPAWS. The application process was simple and straightforward. We visited the Pets Smart location to cuddle kittens on three separate occasions. We wanted to be sure the kittens we adopted would be a good fit for our family. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful in letting us know about the cat's personalities and which ones would be a better fit for our family. There is a lot of information to help us get started with our new fur babies. I felt supported and Julie took the time to help us navigate the whole process. We are truly grateful to have our two kittens and can't wait to watch their personalities shine through.

The cats are fostered in such loving homes. The adoption process was so easy and they were so helpful in getting us ready for our new kitty.

We adopted both of our cats with CatPAWS and they have been nothing but amazing with the experience. Extremely communicative and very well informed. You will never feel like you are in it alone and are always so willing to help! They make sure that their cats are always ready to go into their forever home with getting their shots, neutered and EVEN microchipped. CatPAWS is a wonderful and professional organization and will always highly recommended them to anyone looking to bring the joy of cats into their lives.

Best cat rescue ever! They are exceptionally well-organized and professional. I've been involved for over 10 years.

Not appreciative of the business discriminating against the fact that I go to college. I've owned my own rescue and rehabilitated dozens of sick cats over my career and have never told someone their home is "unstable" because there are college students in the house. I'm a professional artist and an real estate major with roomates who are as clean and as quiet as can be. To call someone's home "unstable" with no knowledge of my home is not only rude but very untruthful. Absolutely not worth taking the time to support, I know I won't make that mistake again.

We fell in love with Juliet at the Petsmart in seal beach. We played with her for a few days to see if thought she would be a good fit for our home. We submitted an application and had a phone call interview later that day. Did a meet and greet with her and Julie the lady who helped us. And fell in love. She is adjusting very well to her bigger dog brother and to our home. We will be def going through any adoption process through Catpaws again.

DO NOT GET ANY CATS FROM THIS PLACE OR EVEN VOLUNTEER. JULIE AND THE ENTIRE PLACE IS PURE EVIL. My husband reached out to this place to get 2 kittens Tyler and Diki and they interviewed him on Sunday 5/1 and told him to come get the kittens on Monday 5/2 at 5pm by the pet smart in seal beach which is where we had seen them first and our kids got to play with them and loved them. We told the kids they chose us and we could come get the kittens the next day at 5pm. We were at at the pet Smart even before 5pm and there was nobody the Cat PAWs area. We shopped for cat litter, toys and scratchers and walked over again and still nobody there. We reached out to the pet smart Employee who told us he had not seen anyone from CAT paws either but there iPad was still there. We finally called the number that had told my husband to come get the cats at 5pm and a JULIE picks up and says SORRY you were not there at exactly 5pm so the kittens are going to the next person. It's cat season so everyone wants a cat and she hangs up. We try to call her again and she does not pick up. We call the lady who interviewed my husband and she says yes Julie called me and it's going to the next person now. WHAT??? Our kids start crying and we return everything we just purchased for these kittens. We will share this story with everyone and all social media so they know how evil you are and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I see you have snarky comments for all the previous negative reviews or that have been posted and am sure you will do the same for this one.
