Drive all the way here. Waited for them to reopen from lunch, just to say they stopped taking walk-ins.

Not that it changes anything in this establishment - other then please go to another place not to support this place. Extremely rude receptionist- lab worker . I dropped of very old client and asked her to help, she simply refused . My client barely stands with his cane . She ignored us when asking questions. How is this acceptable. Obviously management doesn't care. Just please try to go next time to different place to impact their pockets .

I was billed for a $109 lab test that was not covered by Medicare and which I did not authorize. Labcorp claims that I signed an Acknowledgement informing me of the non-coverage and the cost of the test, and that I subsequently checked a box electing to pay for the test myself. However, at the time of my blood draw, I was never presented with this form. This is not something that I would have forgotten (five months later now), because as a retired MD, I would never have agreed to pay for the test since it was not necessary for my medical care. Consequently, I would surmise that my signature on the form was electronically copied from another document that I may have signed on that day or on a prior visit. So buyer beware! My wife and I will be getting all of our future lab work at Quest. R. Leonard Goldberg, MD.

The front desk receptionist girl is rude. Other reviewers seem to agree!
Came here 30mins before closing on 4/30. I made sure this location accepts walk-ins. As soon as I walked in, she turned me away saying “we’re done for the day”
I said “don’t you guys close in 30mins?” She replied “you can try checking in on the kiosk see if it let’s you”.
I checked in and it let me, however she said she doesn’t see it on the system and said to come back an hour early next time. The technicians were sitting around chatting and on their phones but they couldn’t help me. I walked out thinking whatever, it’s a one off.
Today, 5/23, I made sure to wait they’re back from lunch and showed up 2hrs before closing. Same girl, as soon as I walked in said “we’re done for the day” AGAIN. I literally looked at her and said “are you kidding me?” She again, said “You can check in and see if it let’s you”. I checked in, it let me, when I asked if she sees my name on the system, she rudely replied “let me finish this” and made me wait. Then she confirmed she saw my name, however since I did a walk-in, I had to wait until 2-2:30. There was only one other patient there, so I asked if I could be seen now, or if I had to wait til 2-2:30. She hadn’t even asked to see my work order which is only one vile and would’ve been quick. She said if her next appt doesn’t show up, she could squeeze me in. I waited only for her to tell me her appointments showed up and she’d call me when they’re ready to see me around 2-2:30.
Mind you, last time I came around 2, they couldn’t see me! But this time they can?
I asked if it’s customary for her to turn patients away saying you’re done for the day 30mins or 2hrs before closing. I rated both of my visits on labcorp and the supervisor called my cellphone to make it right. I thanked him but declined the service as I already took time off work both occasions only for me to be turned away!!!
I’ve been getting routine bloodwork done for the past 3 years at numerous labcorp locations. This is the only place that has turned me away 2hrs before closing. Recently switched jobs nearby so I was hoping to come here for my routine bloodwork.

I took a very sick elderly neighbor in at 8:30am. There were no appointments available online till the following week and he needed to get blood work done stay. As he did not have an appointment we checked in the first available appointment was 9:15 and the waiting room was fairly empty, the woman at the front desk told me the wait time would be longer than the first available appointment of 9:15. I asked if he could have that appointment and she told me I would have to use the key pad I checked in on to book the 9:15 appointment. The system then would not accept his drivers license a second time and by the time I entered all the data. The next appointment was 10:30. He is very sick and we are still waiting at 9:45. Not sure why they even have live people sitting at the desk, a bot could do this job and maybe even have some empathy.

So painful. The check-in screens cause so much wasted time for everyone. Feel badly for the staff. People were yelling at them and they have no control of the system.

Honestly it’s a nightmare every time I come here. The front desk lady is always so rude to absolutely everyone who walks in. She’s very snappy and sarcastic with the way she answers. The doctors are no better. I came here to get blood work and the doctor ripped the needle out of my arm with his coat. No apology, he just stood there as I asked him for a cotton pad. It’s a shame that people like this are in the medical industry and it’s a shame lab corps doesn’t check there employees better

On Tuesday, July 2, 2024, I walked into this specific location and was not satisfied with the way I was treated. The Hispanic female who works at the front desk as a registration clerk was extremely rude by her manipulative interrogative questions, her pathological lying, and unbearable pride. She portrayed this through asking personal questions that were completely not related to this company LabCorp. A personal question she asked was, " Did you already pay the doctor who gave you these documents?" This personal question that no one from LabCorp especially other patients who are there need to be knowing. Plus, she did not need to ask for my insurance again, if I have the documents showing that this visit at LabCorp is covered, because the doctor at a different location was not able to do the blood work. Unfortunately, I have very small veins that is the only reason why the other doctor's office could not complete my visit all at once.
I am not going to place all the details of how excruciatingly rude the Hispanic registration female is because then this would be an extensive review. However, I will express how much mannerism is most definitely needed, to be working among professionals.

Excellent staff and service! They were so courteous and professional. The phlebotomist was also the most skilled I've ever encountered. I hardly felt the jab at all. I also noticed this location has a lot of Latino patients, and the bilingual staff interacted with them so professionally. There should be a real premium paid to bilingual professionals who act as both linguistic and cultural bridges. They are so impressive. Great job!
