This was my favorite Marshalls to shop at...I am a senior citizen...I was told I could not use the shopping cart ? outside of the store.

This Marshall's is actually pretty nice inside. I didn't really peruse any of the items out on the floor but the Mens' restroom was clean and smelled pretty good (for a bathroom) seemed to be an adequate amount of employees hovering about for the number of shoppers when I walked through to use their restroom.

The manager is incompetent. Would not let me refund my item and said they don’t sell it here. Found it behind me on the rack and she told me it’s a different fabric. It literally had the same tag number on it, was the same exact item and she made up some lies because she didn’t know how to work her scanner or even try to offer me a refund. Never coming to this marshals again. It’s always unorganized and the lines are always long too.

This branch is pretty good, with a lot of Halloween home furnishings and kitchen utensils. There are lots of kids' shoes on sale.

One of the best Marshalls I’ve been too. Very helpful workers especially Rodolfo. When I was looking for a present for my dad! Took his time and looking looking forward to coming back again ??

I was denied when trying to return an item that I had purchased at a different location earlier in the day. I had found a similar item at Homegoods, and didn't need the one purchased from Marshall's anymore. I was told that it's in their store policy that they aren't able to accept returns from purchases that are made the same day. Seriously, WTF? I've never heard of such a dumbass "policy" from any store before. I looked at their return policy on my receipt and NOWHERE does it state that, so I'm pretty certain the sales associate made that shit up. After I wait one day, as instructed, to make my fkn return, I will steer clear from these stores moving forward. There are better stores out there. So disappointed.

I've been to many Marshall's'. This I as one of the best. The strip mall has HomeGoods, Burlington, Khol's, Sprouts, Stables, and many restaurants as well.

Lots of merchandise and friendly employees. The cashiers where very special friendly and gave great customer service.
