This five stars go to the best customer service and helpful person there. After I was so frustrated do to not find my parts matching my chevelle. After 3 times asking for help was not solution. Anyway I guess today was my lucky day try to return all my purchases ( not the correct items ) This person find the mistake and fix my problem ... I see the reviews of negatively but try the person who love work there that's the key to have your projects done and accurate on time . Hope OPGI find more people like this person.... I’m not used to writing reviews. I will say this I have a 1984 Monte Carlo super sport. I ordered the headliner blue for a 1984 Monte Carlo super sport checked it twice when it went to cart took a picture of it put in my information and sent my payment. I got a receipt in my email stating that my buckskin headliner for my Oldsmobile 442. Should be there in I don’t have a buckskin interior 442 Oldsmobile I have a white Monte Carlo super sport with blue interior and no T tops. Long story short I wasn’t happy. I wrote a review that I wasn’t happy but I do have to say original auto parts contacted me I didn’t have to contact them and they made it all right sent me a return label and refunded my money quickly and probably not sure how to review the parts department but as far as it goes with the customer service as for myself, they were on top of it and as a customer, I felt they looked out for my best interest. I do understand mistakes happen so as far as my experience goes, the company did the right thing and handled it the right way.

I have a 1984 Monte Carlo super sport blue interior. No t tops I order the headliner package for my vehicle. I checked the order three times before clicking on it. I received an email receipt stating that my buckskin interior headliner will be shipped out soon. For my Oldsmobile with T tops. I do not have an Oldsmobile with T tops. I have a Monte Carlo with no T tops and blue interior the bucks game.When I called the representative, he was very courteous and professional no issues with him. Along with them giving me the wrong headliner the sun visors were on back order I told him to cancel the sunvisors which he did but unfortunately the headliner was already sent out so now I got a wait for it to get here to return it and then wait another two weeks to get a refund, how they mistake a Monte Carlo super sport for an Oldsmobile is beyond me but they don't even carry the headliner for an 84 Monte Carlo in blue. They should've just said that in the first place. I guess they just send you what they feel like. Sending you look very happy with the services. Plenty other places to look the internets a great place to find parts that you need. Don't really need to order from them anymore. Everything I ordered from them was either wrong or on back order so apparently they have an empty warehouse. This is my opinion do would you please but I would 100% look elsewhere for your product. Too many other places out there and this time in age to deal with unprofessional companies.

This company is very unprofessional. I received an email on some items that was on backorder and was asked in the email to either cancel the items or to go ahead and process the order. I called because I only needed one item that was on backorder. I called the company 3 times and a representative answered every time. When I let them know that I wanted to cancel some items on the backorder, I was hung up on 3 times. I called again and the 4th representative answered and I explained to him that I did not appreciate being hung up on and he started to give me an attitude as well. I asked to speak to a Manager and was transferred. The Manager said he can't help because he doesn't know who answered the phone the 3 times I was hung up on as the representatives work from home. This company has very unprofessional representatives and there is no accountability from Management.BEWARE!!!

If I can leave 0 stars I would I'll never buy one more thing here you shouldn't either bunch of scammers selling dented messed up parts I bought a fender when I got home thing was dented and messed up I called and I send in pic and no call back nothing I'll be returning this bend pics on junk management is horrible I called 3-5 times and all the managers either act special ed I can't believe this, People your better off buying online or elsewhere

What a waste of time, had to drive down to store because no one answers the phone once you are transfers to sales. When I arrived store not busy at all. Shows item is available online but when I got there they didn’t have it, not till November? It’s June? Horrible experience!

I had a fitment issue with a reproduction '81-'88 Olds Cutlass front license plate bracket which you can see in the photos. OPGI reached out to me and went out of their way to investigate the issue. They even test fitted a bracket on a Cutlass of their own, which confirmed what I experienced. Turned out to be a legitimate manufacturing defect. They also notified the supplier about the issue. OPGI was very professional during their follow up with me. Made me feel like I was the most important person to them. If I'm ever in the area, I'm going to stop by their large facility to take a look around first hand, and pick up some items. Their G-Body paper catalog is the best I've seen, which is a beautiful thing to see for those like myself that still have one of these old cars. They have been in business since the the same year my 1982 Cutlass Supreme Brougham was a brand new car.

HORRIBLE phone service. Have a question based on their description of a part but I can't get through to them. Tried on Thursday and was put on hold and told wait was 7 minutes. On hold with them again no - recording said 5minute wait. That was 23 minutes ago. Hanging up and going elsewhere.

They accepted payment for a product that they didn't even have and said it could be 6 months or even a year before They could even get that part In... but they took the money and i'm still waiting to get my money back from them.....Edit it to add..... The only reason that I ordered right away is because I got an email that said limited stock available when I ordered the part.... Which I have proof of.... There was nowhere that it said "available soon" As you claim.... Had that been the case I would have called Before ordering....Also it's been over 10 days and I still don't have my refund... Paypal has no records of you trying refunding me as of yesterday when I spoke with them.....
