I go to PetSmarts and Petcos all over Southern California every so often to buy food for my dog. Each time I'm amazed at how similar and average every single one of these stores are: not great, not bad, just whatever. Until I went to this PetSmart which was the nicest pet store I've ever seen. Why? How?

this petsmart is in a beautiful location, the shops at rossmoor! you are greeted upon entrance with a wonderful scent of pet products and it really transports you back to childhood. the selection of fish was fantastic but we wish there were more cats. hopefully this means that most of them were adopted and found their forever... read full comment
