This was by far the best experience I have ever had getting my blood drawn. Quest has an app where you can easily pick you appointment fill out insurance info, etc. if you want to wait and walk in you can do that as well. There is no more front desk. You walk in follow the prompts on the kiosk and you are seen within 10 mins. I was in and out in a total of 15 min. This includes me trying to give urine. (I forgot to drink water beforehand). lol. Nice job to the technician and Quest.

Do not go if you don't have an appointment. They do not accommodate walk-ins. I arrived at 11:10am on a Saturday because they're the only quest in my area that is open Sat and I needed to fast (have to be to work early weekdays). When I checked in there was only one other person in standby and it said I could wait 30 to 60 mins. At 11:20am one of the phlebotomists announced that anyone without an appointment waiting after 11:30 would not be serviced. When she repeated herself, she said 12:30, although I knew she misspoke. At about 11:25 she made the same announcement, saying first that they wouldn't service walk ins after 11:30 and then that if you're not done by 11:50 they won't get you in because they close at 12. By 11:35, it was clearing out and they only had one appointment person getting blood drawn. I decided to wait til 1150 in hopes that their last appointment wouldn't show up. At 1145, they called the second name for a no show appointment. The same chick that announced 3 DIFFERENT TIMES for how long they would service walk ins asked if I had an appointment because they "still had a of appointments to get through". I said no but I was waiting to see if the no show came. She rudely replied that they had to wait until 12 to see if their 1145 showed up. They Had at least 4 staff and one patient at the time. I was the only One in the waiting room. It's not like if this no show came in at 1155 they couldn't take his blood while drawing mine. I told her she said 11:50 and she argued that she already told me 3X they would only service walk ins til 1130 (in reality she said a different time every time). Super frustrating to wait 40 mins for nothing and then be treated like I was the one not listening when she changed the cut off time every time she spoke. Go to a different location!

Fast and on time. After all when giving blood it’s so much fun.

This lab has become a joke. I was here yesterday afternoon just for a drop off & they said they weren't taking anymore drop offs. They said to come back in the morning as a standby & to check in at the kiosk. The girl said that if I told one of the staff members that it was a standby and only for a drop off, that it would be quicker and I wouldn't have to wait in line very long, that they would squeeze me in right away. I got there before they opened so that I was the first one in line. I checked in and when I told the girl that it was a standby just for drop off, she said it made no difference that drop offs are still supposed to make appointments and that I would have to wait my turn and they would call me in as a regular walk in. The girl said the staff from the afternoon before should've told me that. If you have a drop off only, you shouldn't have to wait in a long line of people just to drop off. I go to Kaiser for my own personal stuff, and they're a lot quicker and you don't have to wait just to drop something off once you check in.

This is the third time I’ve come and they can’t find the order from my doctor because they won’t get up and look at the fax machine. The employees always seem indignant and surly when I suggest they check the machine. Of course it’s always there. Unfortunately they have my historical records so it’s hard to change. I’ve used Labcorp in the past and they were great.

This branch, these workers are the most disorganized group I've ever been too. Had a specialized blood test, 4k Score... they lost it the first time and second time it never arrived to the main organization that analyzes the test. Each time when I tried to find out what was going on, the diplomacy was equally as bad as their disorganization

Best bloodwork experience I’ve had in a while.Self checkin was smooth, I was called within minutes of my appointment time, and was out within 5 mins.Wendy was super friendly, efficient, and the work station was very clean.

Terrible service - make an appointment for a five year old using the automated phone system. Show up and the check in iPad can't find the appointment. Wait 45 minutes to be seen as a walk-in. Get turned away 15 minutes before they close because with two people in the lobby. Carry sleeping 5 year old to the car. And call the pediatrician to switch to LabCorp.

I recently had my blood drawn as Quest for diagnostic purposes regarding a medical problem that I am having. I strongly suspect my results were incorrect for two reasons: 1. The results were not consistent with my symptoms. 2. The results were both out of trend with, and extremely different from my past results.

I came directly from my doctor to get a simple blood test. I tried to get an appointment, which said it went through, but then suddenly was for a laboratory an hours drive away! In despair, I went to Quest but they left me sitting here forever while people kept coming and going. I'm sorry that appointments are convenient forever company but the doctor wanted me to get the test taken today!

Avoid if you can. Sadly, we have had horrible experiences at two locations: both the Northridge and Mission Hills locations in California. Both have similar issues that management needs to address. Apparently, they book about 6 appointments for each ten minutes and standybys will only be seen when they're caught up with appointments. OK fair enough. But at both locations, I waited for over an hour as a standyby and was still not seen. At one point, there were no more appointments and I was the next standyby. I asked if it was my turn, but one of the phlebotomists said that now they have to process several of the labs and still can't see a standby and appointments get priority. I understand that, but then another slew of people walked in for their appointments. Basically, I don't think they should even allow patients to check in as a standby if they don't have time for them. Additionally, the phlebotomist was somewhat rude to anyone asking questions, especially another patient who didn't speak English well.

This office is completely dysfunctional. The staff are not friendly, uninformed and chronically behind in their schedule. In aedition quest is violating California SB928 regarding payments.
