I’m speechless with how bad of service I received with this pharmacy. I attempted to refill my prescription on Tuesday. I received a message that they were out of stock and wouldn’t have it until Friday. (Fine). I called Friday and they told me it still wasn’t ready and to come at 3pm. I arrived at 4pm. STILL not ready. Told me that the pharmacist was working on it and it would be ready in 10 min. Waited only for them to say they didnt have enough to fill my prescription. If they knew that they should have communicated that earlier in the day so that I could have transferred my prescription elsewhere. I immediately transferred my entire prescription profile elsewhere. From reading the other reviews it appears that this pharmacy is constantly out of stock so beware.

When you read a review you pray the company has gotten better after reading their mistakes. Sadly that is NOT the case for this pharmacy. Rite-Aid unfortunately went out of business and transferred everyone prescriptions to a Grocery Store pharmacy that should not have over 20 clients to remember their list of monthly refills. When a customer has a repeated refill every month I don't understand why a business that is suppose to comply to these refills are never stocked?
Maybe that's what we get for going to a grocery store and not a real pharmacy.
Lesson learned.

What a spectacular pharmacy. I went to the CVS in the same parking lot and they were so rude and treated all customers like second class worthless people. I transferred my prescription to Ralphs and what a great experience. Assisted me with the meds and made sure I got them and very fast friendly. I will always recommend them over CVS. No drive through but I just go shopping and pic up my meds very convenient.

Ive been coming here for a long time, but it's like they don't know me anymore or just don't care. Had a bad experience today. Tech busy with no help from not busy pharmacist and other tech. After long wait was skipped for someone who cut in line. Left in a huff. I am supposed to get script delivered Monday. We will see

$10 for 3 fried tilapia filets Cajun style and they are so good! I'm happy I came to this Ralph's! I walked around till he was done frying. I will be back.

Fist time to this location, it's really lovely. Better looking than the one in cypress lol. They have self check out and cashiers, today we went with the cashiers. No lines but there was a line at self check out. When in the area I will not hesitate to return.

This review is for MIKE at the self check out on June 14th @3:45 pm, Mike was incredibly rude to me in front of other customers as I was checking out my items in self check out, I had a bit of items to check out and it was full for me where you put the groceries once your done scanning, he came over & asked me if I had scan all the items on the scale, I looked at me surprised because he asked no one else there except me the Hispanic lady & I felt that was very condescending and racist of him. Also, I had a coupon I needed to redeem & my light was flashing for 5 minutes because he was busy with his head down texting??? Are you suppose to be working? I didn't know Ralphs pays you to stand & text? Anyways, my sister is a district manager for Ralphs, already reported him to her. Just wanted to say customer service defiantly needs to improve or move him to a different department where he doesn't interact with guest.

Neal the assistant manager could use a course or two of customer service. Imagine buying a product that you cannot exchange or receive a refund for..? Why do I save my receipts? Neal was horrible and couldn't even keep eye contact when I was explaining my issue. I will never return to this store, and will make it my mission to steer any family or friends away from this location. Make the drive to the next Ralph's and save yourself from the misery of this joke of a store.

I am tired of calling and asking them to clean up the deli area. It is disgusting the women working the counter instead of cleaning her station will just catch meat as it falls. Which then leads to uneven cuts. Ralph's this is a safety hazard and needs to be cleaned. I'm surprised no one has gotten sick yet.

Cashier wasn't friendly. I was going to purchase a pan that's priced at $19 but it rang up more.I said it was with other pans that were listed at same price and the cashier was very snarky and said "this is a higher end product, this would never be marked that low"Well a week later I went back to the store just to see and lo and behold it was there at $19.99! Fix your price points Ralph's! And fix Rude ass cashier SUE!

i could not find knorr taco rice at another grocery store (not ralphs) and its the only one we eat with my homemade tacos so i called here to see if they have it before making a trip on my way home from work the girl who answered i think from the grocery dept was super sweet! and very polite she went to check and said they have it and put some aside for me! i then remembered i forgot to tell her my name so i called back and a different lady answered again, very polite and helpful she made sure to put my name with itcame in and there it was waiting on the front desk :) :) thank u! really appreciate it! i dont know their name but they are doing a great job!! i know times are tough right now and its not easy working in customer service environment i used to work retail so i understand how rough it can be but thanks for doing what u do! :) love this store
