Always clean and everyone is always helpful the few times I’ve needed anything because I handle most things through their website. Their access times are great too! “I have had bad experiences with storage units in the past, and this is not one of them! 50% off the first month was a promotion for a 7.5 x 10 unit, and it was honored. Sonya went over paperwork quickly yet thoroughly, gave me a tour, and showed me the unit before confirming any paperwork. Free lock with (not two) three keys if you leave a Yelp review, which I super appreciated!! Cameras recording, not just monitoring/surveilling, and door alarms to keep track of any unauthorized access. And the facility is clean and has convenient access hours (6am - 10pm i think?) for those of us who work the dreaded 8-5. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Easy, efficient, secure, affordable, so I’m a happy customer.”
