I went in to mail some gear via FedEx and was charged $80 for packaging (2 boxes, some tape and packing peanuts). I ended up having to take the package to a FedEx store anyways to mail it where they said that packaging should have only cost around $30. I was also quoted $240 for shipping (including packaging) when it was only $150 at FedEx (excluding packaging).

We were there to get a couple of photos laminated. Without even asking us how we like to laminate (I.e. vertically, horizontally, photo upright the edge or center in the middle) just laminated. We made a dissatisfying comment he comment that we didn't indicate it. Whatever happened to customer service. We also felt biased treatment by this man will never return here again. Awful!!!

I sat down to print something, and within minutes a cockroach crawls on my leg. Big fat a** juicy cock roach. I kick it off of my leg and the lady working asks if I dropped something so I let her know what was crawling on my leg, she acted like I was nuts until she saw it run towards her. Mind you there was 2 other dead ones under the desk hahaha, I'm sure they ship packages just fine but I won't be sitting in that desk again.

Great service! Was in there yesterday and was helped by the owner. If I remember correctly, his name is Jim. I had a package to mail and a box of papers to be shredded. The owner shredded my papers as I stood and watched. He's also a notary, which was good to find out. Very friendly and helpful service. Highly recommend!

Go elsewhere if it’s important. The guy there is casual about details. Save yourself the trouble of having to return for the same thing over and over.

Here is a story that's sad but true. I just went to Send It Packing because I wanted to support a local business owner even though The UPS Store across the street is closer to my house. I walked in and asked if I could print 1 half page document for my daughter's school so I didn't have to drive all the way to my office in Newport Beach. Upon finishing my question this local business owner, in a very abrasive manner, said "$5 plus the paper". I said ok, but mentioned "that's pretty expensive, but I guess that's just the price we pay to support our local businesses." Apparently he didn't appreciate my constructive criticism as he got ruder and ruder throughout the transaction until he sent me packing for $5.38 plus a 19¢ service charge. Upon returning to my vehicle, just for the fun of it, I decided to call The UPS Store across the street and asked how much it would've cost me to print my document there. They said $1. Here's the moral of the story, I love supporting our local businesses and I'm willing to pay a little extra to do so. But if I am going to pay that little extra to support you, pretty please try to be polite. Remember who keeps you in business... us, your local customers!

The owner and employees are always helpful and knowledgeable whenever I've needed to send packages and use their computer or copy machine. The cost is definitely worth the excellent service

They sure sent me packing.... With a new job requiring overseas shipments weekly, I very much wanted to support a local small business for my shipping needs. The associate helping me with my shipment lacked proper training in general. We spent 15 minutes getting it set up in the computer, and when I provided my business FedEx account number, she realized she needed me to fill out a hand-written form instead...and she ultimately gave me the wrong shipping form. Later that evening, Jim left a voicemail informing me I'd filled out the wrong form (domestic instead of international), and needed to come back, as my package was not shipped and my paperwork was wrong and incomplete. All fine, mistakes happen. Especially when staff doesn't know what they are doing. However, Jim's condescending tone did it for me. Get over yourself. Train your people. You just lost a good account. Over to FedEx I go, where the rates are better and the customer service is exceptional.

I Love You Guys, sent twice so far. Both times we had packages sent to Denver and both times cheaper than the rest. Both times everything was safe and sound. Will be coming in this Saturday for another package.

I'd love to support this small business during these difficult times but I walked in to five people in the business and not a single one of them wearing a mask. We are in a pandemic with a renewed stay at home order because the numbers are skyrocketing. The stance of this business is ridiculous, anti-science and anti-community. They don't care about keeping their customers safe. Will not be supporting even when the pandemic is through.

Yup! Once again, I took several bundles of goods to be shipped and Jim took good care of me. Always friendly, courteous, with quick efficient service. Skip the Post Office and use Send It Packing.

During this virus pandemic, people are on edge. It's a stressful time for everyone. I had some documents that I needed to have notarized on a vehicle I had donated to the Vietnam Vets, a charity close to my heart. They had dropped the ball on things that needed to be done and returned important DMV documents to me that had to be notarized. I called Jim from my office because I felt comfortable dealing with someone that I know. Their hours have been changed because of the virus but he was nice enough to wait for me and get everything notarized, in addition to speaking with the lady on the phone from Vietnam Vets to make sure we did the documents correctly. It meant the world to me. I wasn't going to get this kind of service at another UPS store. I've been shopping in that Seal Beach Center for over 35 years and everyone there knows me and it was comforting that when I picked up the phone to call Jim today, he told me to come in and he would help me. People need to realize that we are all suffering during this stressful time and we have to be there for each other and Jim did that for me today.
