The young lady behind the print counter on 6/1 in the afternoon needs a LONG training session on politeness and customer appreciation. Her behavior borders on rudeness.
Interestingly enough, the management reacts to positive reviews on Yelp only, doesn't bother about what they must fix That's bad business behavior. I'll go elsewhere.

Not only does Staples have the best prices, coupons & rewards for teachers, but they have amazing customer service, too. Racheal helped me get the supplies I needed and made sure I was getting the best deal. I highly recommended this Staples location.

This is my go to store for supplies like paper and ink etc. for myself and for my church where I serve. Great service and the rewards program is really nice.

I went in to but a printer and Rachael helped me make a great decision. She saved me money by helping me with the app and helped me maximize my rewards! She was outstanding in every way. Clone her if you can!

A lot of chain stores don't have staff who help much. Staff members at this Staples were more than helpful and assisted me as if I were a regular customer. I only go when I need something. Unlike shopping at Amazon, one can see what you're getting. More than once what Amazon offered, wasn't what I was expecting when it arrived. At places like Staples, what you see is what you're getting, and someone can answer questions.

As many reviews state, customer service here is excellent. Knowledgeable, helpful employees who value their customers. Love that they recycle used printer cartridges, batteries, even luggage! I got points on my Staples account for returning a cartridge as well. In general I only buy stuff on sale, though many educational items' regular prices are good. Any snacks and impulse items are overpriced. You're paying for the convenience. The store is also clean and parking spots are plenty in this strip mall.
