Just wanted to post a picture of the thief who ran out of the store with a cart full of items. I chased him down to Ralph's where he put all his loot in his backpack and changed into a Jacket.

This Target overcharged me 40 cents on an item that was clearly marked and located at the check out stand. I notified the clerk immediately after she handed me the receipt and showed her where the price was displayed. She told me I had to wait in the very long line for customer service to get a refund. I was not going to spend 30 minutes waiting for a 40 cent refund but I am also not going to spend another minute in this Target.

I've been to this Target multiple times and I normally find that they don't have adequate inventories. It's like hit-or-miss most times. My latest shopping trip wasn't quite as successful since they didn't have some items I wanted despite the website stating otherwise. The store is relatively clean. Parking is never an issue. Staff are normally helpful. Lines can be long and they need to add more self-checkout registers due to staffing shortages. Some items are more expensive than similar stores, but I like that they carry more store brand items now.

If you're looking for an unforgettable shopping experience, Seal Beach Target is the place to be. Nestled in the heart of tranquility, this store offers nothing special, just your run-of-the-mill Target experience. But don't let that fool you; it's full of surprises!Let's talk about customer service. Well, it's like playing a game of roulette. Sometimes you'll encounter the friendliest and most helpful employees, while other times it feels like they're practicing their disappearing act. It's an adventure in itself, really. Just cross your fingers and hope for the best! Now, the parking lot is where the real action happens. Brace yourself for some high-speed seniors tearing through the lanes like they're auditioning for the next "Fast and Furious" movie. You better watch out because they won't stop for anything--pedestrians, shopping carts, or even a free sample stand (that's a tragedy, really).Speaking of shopping carts, it's like Seal Beach Target is the final resting place for them. The elderly patrons seem to have a knack for leaving them scattered around the parking lot like a chaotic art installation. It's like a real-life game of "Avoid the Shopping Cart Obstacle Course." You may even find yourself tempted to join in and create your own cart maze. Now, let's address the Out of Stock dilemma. The app may tell you that your desired item is nowhere to be found, but don't lose hope just yet! Channel your inner explorer and physically check the shelves. Who knows, you might stumble upon a hidden treasure like the elusive 18-pack of Charmin Mega+ toilet paper. It's like finding the golden ticket in a sea of disappointment. So, if you're up for an ordinary Target experience with a dash of chaos, head on over to Seal Beach Target. Just remember to buckle up, dodge the shopping carts, and prepare for a wild ride. It's a place where seniors and shopping carts rule the roost, and you're just along for the hilarious adventure!

This Target location no longer price matches against Amazon. Even though Target Customer Service and Target.com says they do price match; this location created their own policies and will not price match with Amazon.com.

Review for pickup service! Awesome! Follow the app, say coming, the items were ready with helpers in the parking lots to hand it to you. Literally no waiting! Thanks so much for making it so convenient!

This is the worst Target I've been to. I ordered online for pickup of maternity pants within 2 hours so I can use the Target rewards that are set to expire (you only can use these rewards online) and get a quick turnaround (I'm 37 weeks pregnant so standing for too long is very tiring). I got there in 3.5 hours and it's still not ready. I'm like ok they are busy, I can pick it up myself but can you mark it as picked up so I can skip the line. Granted it was already paid online. The old lady at customer service was like no you have to cancel your purchase online and go in line. By doing this, I cannot use my rewards because it's not an online purchase anymore. She didn't listen and instead went to help the customer behind me who was another old lady, and whose order wasn't ready either, but yet went above and beyond for her to get her order! How blatantly rude. Not coming back to this Target when there are others nearby (Signal Hill and Long Beach) with better customer service for ALL of their customers.

Ordered for pickup Jan was training a younger associate, so after I walked up I sat a few more minutes while she continued her side work. Gets to me and says, hasn't been fulfilled. I said, shocking, the store is quite empty at 945pm. "Pickup orders are ready at a 2-hour MINIMUM" she says lol. The woman after me wasn't so thrilled to hear that either. I was told to go get my things and to cancel my own order. I went and grabbed my item in about one minute. Y'all hiring? I'm coming for your job, Jan. Better step your game up.

This Target appears to often be out of common things that I'll find next day at another target. Paper supplies, cleaning supplies, food items and so on. I really question management at this store as it appears they and their stockers don't seem to be keeping up with things. Supply chain problems I understand, but comparing this Target to 3 other Targets, this one really struggles. Apples to apples comparison. Oh, they're out of apples a lot too. Lol.

This target seems to have a bit more selection on womens clothes than the one that i used to live by. Everything was neat and organized. I was able to find what i was looking for with very little effort.

Clearly they are having trouble finding quality employees. I'm not going to waste time elaborating but it would be better to temporarily shutter the store than hire the rude, immature punks I encountered working at the electronics counter today - but they will probably lose loyal customers either way.

Kinda sad I have to waste energy and a Yelp review on a target lol. Legit came here for bananas and that's it. I didn't grab a cart to stick to the bare necessities. Grabbed some bug stuff maybe had 5 items total. ALL THE SELF CHECK OUT LINES WERE EMPTY AND LIGHTS WERE ON, they still have a hour to closing so I FIGURED hey they must be open. An employee was typing on it "I assumed to reset it to allow transactions" the "security lady flexing her authority had to let me know "sorry they are closed" and gave a very condescending look as if literally saying "sucks to suck" I then jokingly replied "maybe you should turn the lights off for these lanes to signify that then" (This still didn't happen lol) So what did I do? I set my 2 hands of crap I didn't need on the conveyor belt for them to put away. Give me a smart remark, a smart attitude, and poor customer service I'll just gladly shop elsewhere and let you put away my discarded items. I'll stick to other stores and avoid this target next time. There's one closer to my house this was just literally next to where I just ate so I figured eh couldn't hurt to be productive. Literally wasted 30 mins shopping to get sassy tones and customer service at the end so I won't be wasting my money with y'all lol

Target. You've lost a good loyal customer. Your online inventory is inaccurate, causing folks to drive to your location to pick up an order which apparently can be cancelled without any notification. Additionally, your corporate customer service call center reps want to put the responsibility of getting the hold on MY MONEY released, all on me. They will "hold" my money for a WEEK before giving it back. Lastly, no one at your location could explain why my order was cancelled. I will advise all my friends to avoid ordering online from TARGET during the holiday season lest they end up in the same situation- with no product and still out the money paid for it, for at least a week. And btw, MERCHANTS are the only ones who get "holds" released from an account as you are the one who initiates that hold with a customer's permission. To put this back on your customer after you are not able to provide the product is not a very smart business practice.
