I just want to begin by saying that as a Latina I was a bit hesitant coming here, after reading some of the reviews about being judged by the way you look….so glad I ignored those comments and gave it a chance! All the staff was amazing!!..I was looking into having a blow out and my roots touched up and let me tell you!! Also had a scalp treatment 😍..Naomi was the best!! She listened to what I needed and was knowledgeable to my hair needs!! I have finally found my hair dresser & I will be coming to her!! Highly recommend her she was so sweet & did an excellent job!! Thank you babe!! I love my hair!! Can’t wait to come back for my hair color soon!!

The manager / supervisor today was racist . I approached her to ask for help in the hair are department , and she just responded with she was helping someone else , gave me a sorry looked and said she would send someone to help. 15 min later , no one. So I approached someone in the styling department and asked if someone there could help me and I'd been waiting a little bit they were very helpful but the other employee who was clearly a manager or supervisor racially profiled me and basically ignored my request.

Wow! Incredible amount of inventory. The individuals working the register are very nice. I would recommend more assistance on the floor.

Yesterday I went into Ulta and I just have to say that the ladies are wonderful. I had one lady that was older kind of like me and she picked the perfect blush from Lacombe. That was a pinky peach so you could either wear pink lipstick or peach lipstick, and it would look good. They took their time with me and they also helped me with new lipstick that I added today from the day before I would suggest anybody going to Ulta because of the loaf they give to each and every person! Everyone have a blessed day!

I had such a great experience at Ulta Beauty today! Ashley helped me out, and she was absolutely wonderful. I was really disappointed to find out that my foundation had been discontinued, but Ashley was so patient with me—she took her time color matching, and helping me find the perfect new foundation. I’ve been to this location multiple times, and the service is always consistently amazing. The store is very clean and the team is friendly!

This Ulta has the best salon team on the west coast. I don’t normally like to let people know when I find a good hair dresser but every single stylist at this salon is on top of their game and they know what they are doing. Courtney, Amanda and Naomi continue to make every customer a regular. These women make me feel so welcome and happy to return and they deserve a bonus and a recognition from the corporation. There’s no way any other ulta salon is doing it like this one, trust.

I had such a wonderful experience with Naomi (hair stylist) at Ulta! She was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and incredibly talented. She took the time to explain the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciated how collaborative the entire stylist team was—it created such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
Thank you, Naomi, for your beautiful work and for accommodating me. I love my hair and can’t wait to come back!

God forbid you're a non white person coming here. Came in here and all the workers stared and gave me dirty looks. Followed me around the store and made me feel so uncomfortable. Never again. Teach these workers some real customer service.

Staff were helpful but the store is not set up for anyone challenged by walking. Even if there was an electric or standard shopping carts, there's no room for maneuvering through the aisles.
