Excellent customer service and care. Kevin and Cate are both friendly and attentive. I had a rather big project I needed help with, and both of them jumped right in and helped me take care of it immediately. Definitely my go-to place for anything business or shipping/mail related. I highly recommend this store.

Consistently great experiences coming to this loction.
Ryan is so efficient! I had a package to send out just before closing. He was visibly tired. Taped it securely & I was out in <5 minutes.

The service is poor. My package needed a tape, I requested the person working there to assist, he was rude and didn’t help. He said he would tape it later. One item was missing from my return and I didn’t get my $$ from my return. Don’t trust leaving any items left at this place.

We changed our PO Box from our local post office to the UPS store. While we work from home mostly we do get shipped packages for our job that we couldn't risk being stolen off of our porch. The parking is easy and always accessible. I adore Cole, Kevin, and Anthony and it's never a chore when I need to go up even multiple times a day to retrieve deliveries. Due to this convenience I tend to lean towards shipping items via UPS. This is also my go to spot for any Amazon returns. I have also used them for oversized printouts in the past. Such a gift to our community and I hope they never go away!

I had a great time at the local UPS Store because of Kevin, the owner. He helped me send a package with a lot of patience and skill. Kevin not only chose the right materials but also packed my stuff really well.The store was clean and well-arranged. Kevin was amazing at customer service. He explained all the shipping choices, balancing price and speed.Kevin really cares about his business, and it shows. I'll go back for all my shipping. I highly recommend this store for excellent service!

Personable and very easy in and out for an Amazon return using a scan code off my cell. You can park here too if your car isn't too big.

I love this little location. I've always happened to pop in at the most random times and each time, the employee working was kind and helpful! I've not had any issues with shipping, tracking, etc. I had passport photos taken too and they were great!

I go out of my way to do all my UPS related things here. The service really does make a difference! Everyone that works here is extremely helpful and go beyond that of other stores. If there was a place that deserved a tip jar its these folks. My favorite is Anthony, you are the man!! Thanks for making shipping so easy.
