How can a UPS store garner such a low rating? Petty Customer Service. We just moved into the area and needed to use a UPS drop location for our Amazon Return. Got there 20 minutes before closing and sadly we had the misfortune of dealing with the female employee. We asked for a strip of packing tape, 10 inches; just to close the top of the box. She very rudely told us that it was not her problem and that our only option is to buy clear tape for $7. It’s like 10cents of tape that she couldn’t justify for us. With the penny pinching mentality, with the God awful attitude, I can’t see why this establishment would garner any loyal patrons.

The employee at this UPS Store was shockingly unprofessional and outright hostile. I ordered from Blue Nile, which contracts with UPS for pickups and listed this location at checkout. When I arrived, the woman exploded with rage, shouting that I couldn’t have packages delivered here without a mailbox.
I explained that Blue Nile selected her store, not me, but she continued her tirade, admitting she tried to refuse delivery and threatened to withhold my paid-for package. Exasperated, I warned her I’d involve the police if she didn’t hand it over. After more grumbling, she reluctantly complied.
This was the most bizarre and infuriating experience I’ve ever had at a business. This employee’s behavior is unacceptable, and UPS should seriously reconsider this location’s operations. Blue Nile has been notified.

I don't under stand why only the negative ( they are very few) reviews are posted with the hours and location.
I have been going there for quite a long time and always found them very helpful and friendly.

Wifey and myself were in need of a difficult notary involving more than one witness. Mr P. was extremely helpful and was able to arrange an additional witness for us. We are very grateful for his professionalism and sense of humor. He was even extremely kind to my daughter. Look forward to doing more work with him in the future.

Bad review as to the website notary appointments. On Monday Aug 11, 2025 . I scheduled for a Tuesday Aug 12, 2025 at 9:30 am. appointment to see a notary. I got a confirmation email . So i show up at the UPS store in Seal Beach , California and showed a nice lady my confirmatiom email. She said she was sorry but she didn't receive any schedule appointments . It turns out the website is not communicating with the Seal Beach UPS store on Seal Beach Blvd. So there was no notary available until later on at that store. She was nice to give us an alternative location to another company. So my beef is with the website vs communication with their Seal Beach store.

I have recently started taking paper to be shredded to this store. The times I have gone, I have been warmly greeted and helped by “Jenna” who takes pleasure in her work and provides excellent customer service. Her positivity is infectious! It is a pleasure to do business here

I've had my mailbox here for at least 5 years. Mr. Patel has always been amazing, helpful and accommodating. He's even taken the time to emergency forward me my mail while I was on vacation. I highly recommend this UPS store.

This location has the most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. Every employee gives you different answers, and the owner is outright disrespectful, belittling you for simply asking questions. I honestly can't understand how this place is still in business.

This is a great UPS Store! they are very helpful and professional, I have used they printers and the computers, everything is up to date and all your questions are answered professional. Mr. Patel is a great merchant and his professionalism is five star service. I highly recommend.

My experience the last two days has been stellar! Mr. Patel and Heather went beyond to help me with a precarious situation beginning with JC Penny’s continued poor customer service. JC Penny’s sent two, very important packages via UPS to an old address of mine in Seal Beach and did nothing to help me with their mistake. Luckily, Mr. Patel and Heather made it happen so I could retrieve both my packages today at The Seal Beach, UPS Store.

I have to send out multiple packages a week for my business so I always come to this UPS location. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Patel are always very kind and Jenna ALWAYS takes really good care of me! They provide excellent and speedy customer service. I couldn't imagine going to a different location. Thank you guys for always taking really good care of me and my packages!
