Easy lowkey spot to go and use quickly. Obviously do not go during peak hours. It's not a big branch. But when it's the dead hours, it's great. Easy and quick convenient access. Plenty of employees ready to help. Works great and convenient for me. I recommend it

Poor service and a banker is not always available here if you even want to open an account. Go to the Long Beach Bellflower Blvd branch for excellent service. I can't believe they pay rent for a branch that such poorly offers just basic customer service. Avoid the ATM at night too. There have been robberies after hours as criminals wait in the parking lot for people using it.

So very badly managed. It's an empty place, a long line, and people in charge just strolling around taking their time. A teller hollered: "teller Assistance,". and it takes another 15 minutes before a Lady stroll leisurely from the back over to help. It took half an hour just to get a quick transaction done. So regretful that I came to this branch today.Doesn't make things any better when teller and supervisor apologize for the inconvenience; and There's absolutely no awareness in their demeanor that people are waiting for service.

I was so impressed with Premier Banker, Ali Sepehrina. He guided me through the process of obtaining the legal course of claiming estate assets of our deceased Matriarch. Very knowledgeable, professional and showed intent concern for our loss. Thank you, sir.

You can make money faster than they can deposit it and get you through the line. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else. All I have to say is I'm glad I don't work for them because I'm embarrassed to even back there.

This branch is totally useless if you need to speak to a banker. I've never waited less than 45 minutes to talk to someone. Always understaffed. Zero customer service. Welcome to Wells Fargo!

The bank was completely empty with about ten workers. They told me I had to make an appointment or call the number. I told them this is my day off why can't you help me now. They said it doesn't work like that any more. I said fine I would like to close my account. They said they cannot do that. They can give me my money but the account would still be open and they won't even be able to put a hold on it so nothing comes in. Susana del Villar. So rude and worthless. This bank also opened multiple accounts for me when I never even asked for them but they can't open one and close another today.

There are a couple of very talented individual bankers here (Sara and Ian), but customer service deserves zero stars at this branch. I needed to do a very simple transaction that would have taken (someone competent, like Sara or Ian) no more than ten (10) minutes. It needs to be done before October 15th, which is tax day for me, as a small business owner. Before, you could walk in anytime and request to see a banker and the job gets done. Today, some rude lady says I need "an appointment" to see a banker and that no more Thanks were left and the bank is closing in 30 minutes. I told her the transaction I needed done, the timing of it and that I am a 28 year customer (in other words, when she was a newborn, or in diapers when I first became a WFB customer). There were 2 bankers present. Neither had customers sitting at their desks. I was the only customer waiting to see a banker and there were no customers even waiting to see a teller. Soonest appointment: Tomorrow at 10 am. Cuts right into the middle of my (work) morning. Bogus! "Appointments are necessary due to COVID", she says. "BS I say! You all will soon be looking for jobs!" Wells Fargo is soon closing many branches. This branch sucks! Go ahead and close it now. Mad as well. Sara and Ian deserve a better employer anyway. Horrible, rude customer service.

This ATM stop was great! Nobody was here and there was plenty of parking. I would stop here again. No problems were experienced.

Frustrating branch . Even the Simplest of transactions take longer than necessary. The Greeter is also such an unnecessary resource in that it does not compensate for lack of trained workers in other areas.

I don't whats wrong with this blonde elderly woman with her cleavage out I don't know whats going on with her i been cashing my check every 2 weeks bec i work near by for some reason when i asked to cash and deposit but ended up with a no??? She said I cannot take out cash but when i send my wife she withdraw the money when for me I can deposit but I cant get cash back like really i live in this area and u stupid thinking u can treat me like this been having Patient for a while!!!!!

Long line with only 2 two tellers open, rude manager loudly asking what she can help with when I walked in and I told her I needed to get money out of my account and then she again very loudly said well there is an atm right here that you can get up to four thousand dollars....I was just trying to get some small bills for my kids which I explained...then left after the line didn't move after 10 minutes. Won't ever go back to this branch to be treated like that and will be moving my last account open at WF to JP Morgan/Chase.

The worst service. Was here since 12:33pm and it's 12:54pm still waiting in line for a freakin teller. There is people that work here and walking around seeing the line get longer and longer. Why would you allow the workers to go to lunch on a busy time of the day. My lunch hour is only 30mins thinking I would be in and out. Nope not this location!!!! Forget this location I thought longbeach is bad but this location here never will I come back and I'll be sure to tell the city of longbeach about this review. You would this location would be on their game but it's the opposite.

Went in to open a new checking account today and was taken care of right away. Colin is the man! Helped me out quickly and made sure I had the best experience possible in opening a bank opening as well as answer all my questions related to banking. Very knowledgeable guy and definitely my favorite place to bank/branch from now on. I'll be keeping this account for a long time.
