Had a terrible experience in this bank today. The inside of the bank has a small roped off line. Compared to many other banks that I have been to, this roped off line was much too small! It was very busy inside and it was extremely loud inside. You could barely hear the teller and the teller definitely could not hear me! Asked to withdraw an amount of money and the teller left a whole zero off the end and had the complete wrong number! Had to decline the transaction and start again. Then, had to wait to be authorized by a management type person and they start asking me what I'm doing with the money...as if that's any of their business! Unreal! Will not be returning!

Slowest branch in the history of Wells Fargo. The line is all the way to the door with only one teller. Be prepared to stay here for at least 30 minutes to get anything done.

There's a new bank teller here, she sits on the far left when you walk in, always has a bottle of water or something with her. You guys really need to talk to her, she's very abrupt and always seems annoyed when it comes to doing even the slightest of transactions, another customer approached me about it outside when I walked out, she's honestly a bit rude, I've caught her glaring her eyes and rolling her eyes. I've never had issues with anyone else there but her, twice now she's given me major attitude and I've seen her treat others the same.

The service was terrible! I was told one thing on Friday and told another thing when I came for my appointment on Monday. When I was trying to take a seat, the lady who served me said (and I quote in exact words: “not here, there” (pointing to the next seat instead) without a “please” nor a smile nor any explanation at all. And throughout the process of opening the account, when I ask why it was a stern “no”. When I ask if she could seek another opinion, it was a stern “no”. No smile, no apologies, no desire to help whatsoever. I have never had worst customer service than this! I don’t know why she is even at this job.

FIrst off the lady with spagetti strap dress on was very rude and said her best friend the branch mangher was busy till the end of the day. so when i told how rude she was the brack manager cameout of the back like she was doing her makeup. they dboth were very rude and diapointing.

Went to ask a simple question, do all of the Wells Fargo ATMs only give denominations of $50s and $20s? The women was so rude! It's almost time to close! blah blah. You know the time you spent lecturing me you could have just answered the question.Go to Chase, their customer service is SO much better! (and their ATMs give $100s).

This bank completely sucks. I just withdrew 250k , taking my business elsewhere. Bankers now wear Hawaiian shirts or hoodies to work? What's next flip flops and pajamas? What happened to professional dress? Boy how low we've stooped. I tried to do a wire transfer today and there were no bankers available. Insane! Just avoid this place at all costs.

Unprofessional staff letting people who just walked in go to the front of the line ahead of people waiting a half hour and ahead of seniors and then telling people who complain they aren’t nice… but that’s the ignorant work ethic of millennials workers these days… they don’t care…

This bank is horrible. I came in to withdraw a large amount and they said they are low on hundred dollar bills . I saw one of the tellers with enough hundreds and asked for them and she said she has to save them for other customers for the rest of the week. She could only give me $20 bills, which would make me carry a backpack full without a backpack. Makes no sense at all, holding on to the hundreds for others when there's a customer with a large withdraw that needs it now.

I was so impressed with Premier Banker, Ali Sepehrina. He guided me through the process of obtaining the legal course of claiming estate assets of our deceased Matriarch. Very knowledgeable, professional and showed intent concern for our loss. Thank you, sir.

Mark Hanna just informed me that I had to stand 6 Feet away and I asked to have him show me where and he decided to just point and disregard showing me . Worst customer service ever. Then doesn't want pictures taken even though it's going on the reviews. NEVER GO TO THIS WELLS FARGO .
