I recently purchased my audi from a family member and brought it into Audi Monterey for an oil change. Manny helped me out and was not only a consummate professional but was kind and engaging. He told me the car has a service package and instructed me on what all it contains and how best to utilize the services covered by this package. The service takes a bit of time but that's because they go above and beyond, checking far more than just simply changing the oil. Due to my interactions with Manny and my experience with their service department, I'll be bringing my car back here for anything that pops up in the future and for those already covered services. THANK YOU MANNY and thank you to the whole Service Team here at Audi Monterey Peninsula for making my experience so smooth and easy!!

Be VERY careful working with this dealership. Issues I encountered while out of state and buying online:1) They added in a tire protection plan that was not advertised and was told it was nonnegotiable. They finally agreed to back it out, but not a customer friendly sales practice. Purely a profit play on their end. 2) To get an Audio CPO interest rate they wanted to charge me $1200.00 to certify the car. It was a used Audi, so go ahead and certify it yourselves. 3) They constantly wanted me to produce a down payment BEFORE I knew if the credit app was approved OR I reviewed a sales agreement for the terms we negotiated. 4) They advertised the vehicle with 3k miles when in fact it had 16k miles. Found that out days into the process. This made their pricing significantly worse versus comparable vehicles. In other words, overpriced. A service loaner with 16k miles and no CPO? Really?5) The Sales Manager was good at responding, but the sales rep was not.

Never been to the dealership but was working with an individual online. Car posted for 1 price but after asking for details another $2,000 tacked on for ceramic and nitrogen and another $250 for "other" which increase the total out the door by another 7-8%. Unfortunately pushed my budget outside my range because of those fees and moving on to the next vehicle for the family. Did not state in ads or online the additional fees the sales rep said were not negotiable once I asked.

Manny, my service rep, was very thorough explaining all that was wrong with my vehicle. Very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The price of the diagnostic was perfect with a rental. Something other dealerships do not offer (rental). 1st time Audi owner & the experience has been great!

Be cautious. Fortunately, the sales person I was dealing with was up front and honest, I reached out to Audi Monterey for a car I found on CarGurus. Pricing was good and it a spec I was looking for . . . Before making the 1 hour drive, I asked if there was anything that I should know about, there was-- It was revealed that a graphite + ceramic "spray" had already been applied to the car, this $1,495 is non-negotiable and NOT included in the ADVERTISED priceSHADYFull disclosure . . . this fact is indeed buried in the detailed description, it is also not CLEAR that this $1,495 is ADDITIVE to the advertised price, copy-paste: "All vehicles have been protected ResistAll 360 features Graphene + Ceramic technology Spray-On paint sealant for $1495." Even with this add, the pricing is fair, if they were up front, I would have bought the car a week ago, as of this review, the price has been reduced and still for sale, I just cannot give my money to a dealer that behaves in this manner. If this was a used car dealership, I might be able to understand, this is poor behavior for an authorized dealer

I've had good experiences with getting work done there, Manny in service is fabulous. Unfortunately they are so very much more expensive with their markups on parts that I've had to find another service center. Sad.

I went in months later for routine maintenance. The same young men were much more engaged. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day before. I was offered a round trip to the Del Monte mall in Monterey, to pass the time. They have a nice cinema. My car was returned spotless. It has been a very difficult transition for me to drive an automatic after having stick shift my entire life. Coming to appreciate not having to shift when I get caught in heavy traffic. The car gets consistently, good mileage and has good acceleration with its 2 L turbo charged, electric motor, augmented engine.Only two features I do not like:The key fob- it does not open the car automatically as you walk up to it as with my last one and the button to open the trunk is very poorly placed. Far too often, I will come out of the store and find out trunk wide open.The Apple car play interface is very temperamental. However, I do really like the embedded screen. Rather than miany cars where it protrudes above the dashboard.

I have leased two cars from Audi and have done service there. when I recently went to buy out my Audi, they gave me great service and recommended an option that was not in their best financial interest. I really appreciate that.Yesterday I had service done, and Xavier was responsive and stayed late to make sure that I was able to get my car and make it back to work the following day. Professional and courteous.

We seemed to buy Audi out of the area every time. This time we found our Audi A8L 55 at Audi of Monterey, 88 miles away. Our salesperson was Ross Mansour, we communicated over the phones, internet, emails, texts. Everything was extremely professional and easy even with our Trade in with just pictures. All we needed to do were to come, inspected the car and signed paperwork. The interest rate was the same as if we went with our CU. A Painless car buying experience. Ross was honest and described everything truthfully, we didn't have anything to complain about,. Ross was so knowledgeable about this complex car, took his time to explain everything to both of us. Everything was promised, delivered later. It was a nice drive back in the A8L 55. This is what we expect from Audi dealership.

I'm not sure why I'm giving a 2 instead of a 1, but they did at lease one thing right so I guess that's worth a 2. We drove from central California to pick up a lightly used 2020 Q7 with the Premiere package. We all know what used car inventory is like so we drove 3 hours to buy this car, so we're not local to Monterey. 1) Don't trust them on any verbal agreement. Like all stealerships, get things in writing. Our used Q7 had a roof rack that was locked and the key was lost. We left the car overnight so they could resolve it. We showed up the next morning at the rack is still on the car. They told us that this rack has a master key and that my local dealership can get it off. WRONG. This is not true. We had to call a lock smith at our expense to remove this rack and we had to flip the bill for the new tumblers with the key. Very bush league stunt. 2) They didn't perfect the loan documents so we had to resign all the documents again and do the whole FedEx thing back and forth. Again, very amateur. I wouldn't recommend this dealership and would never ever trade with them again.

I brought my car in to get the vents fixed that were not working. I was told there was an upcoming recall for the turbo and shifter so they "fixed it." They literally cut the metal panel around the geat shifter in numerous spots, ripped the covering on my door handle and my car just does not run well since I had it "fixed." It ran much better before I took it there. The panel around the geat shifter now has to be replaced along with the door handle and other issues

While I did not buy my car at this dealership. I purchased mine in Fremont. I would never buy a car from this dealership. Every single time I go in everyone is so rude, and has some serious attitude. I have taken my car in 3 times for the same thing (clock), and by the 3rd time I was mad. They knew I was mad. My car is a 2020 model so it's not even old yet, and I am so glad it's a lease now. You can't pay me to get another Audi. In large part to this specific dealership. I have even tried to speak to the GM. He was the worst of all. This was my first luxury car, and I expected more. I am now counting down the days to turn my car in.

Was greeted before I even stepped out of my car and thought to myself, "Okay, this has never happened to me before but if I am serious about exploring Audis I'd better be nice and overlook some not so perfect ways. Enter Amanda; Gentle, confident, professional, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, sweetheart of a person. If it wasn't for the apparent politics, we would probably had purchased a car already there. But regardless if I ever purchase an Audi or not, Amanda deserves a 5 Star review due to her stellar customer service. She took the time and effort in allowing us to figure out what our sticker price range and car category was. Amanda more than obviously knows what she is doing and if I ever purchase an Audi it would be through her. I strongly recommend anyone seeking to purchase an Audi to ask for Amanda!

I never have had a car buying experience like this before!.. in such a GOOD way.. From the warm reception from the woman at the front desk.. 5 stars for sure.. David Rios was my sales representative and he was extremely thorough in his delivery.. I was introduced to pretty much all the staff.. from the parts department.. the service mechanics and service advisors.. I even have a designated service advisor and mechanic when that time comes.. Joey the finance manager was also extremely thorough and right on point!.. Not once did I feel that "high pressure".. To capsule this review I would say definitely give Audi Monterey a sincere consideration if you're looking for a dependable awesome team!..
