“My family and I were out (from Tracy) in Monterey to show our children our first duty station when our car started to shake and check engine light came on. We drove from Monterey to Seaside's O'Reilly. There we met Chris who assisted us in using the car reader machine and all the parts needed to change a spark plug and ignition coil. He check on us and within the hour (8pm - 9pm) we were done. Appreciate all the help and support from Chris and O'Reilly team. I thought we were going to be stuck out there with tow trucks and Ubers.”
