I am not sure about everyone who works there but I believe his name was Enrique took care of a woman who was having a problem with the self service kiosk. He did not have to but he saw her struggling and without a doubt he helped her out.We need more people like him caring and enjoys helping others.Now these days, we can not find a person like him especially in DMV and any other Social Services.

Busy, bathrooms closed no where to sit while waiting to get inside the door, checkin only has 1 person that has to access and determine persons needs , answer questions from anyone one walking by, since the desk is accessible and in the middle of customer seating area. That's all before you can even do what you came to do, so even if you made an appt, you have to check in which could take a while.

They are extremely short staffedI had to wait for two and half hours. I paid for my registration renewal online but never got it in the mail. The staff are overwhelmed and overworked

What’s the point of making an appointment when you aren’t even seen anywhere close to your appointment time. To get in front of the line and get a number before 10 other people….not cool. I made an appointment and was seen two hours later. Wasted day. Thanks for nothing

I feel like my time was totally wasted. Not only wasting hours of my life , but amazing how inefficient this process was. They could have simply answered my question about a name change document step I needed- as soon as I arrived… But oh no, the dmv gods just want to make you take it from behind and take the most useless path to an outcome. Not only telling me to fill out the online form, but then to come back and bring another form of id that was useless from the get go! I live an hour away…At least the employees today had a shred of friendliness . Yesterday was miserable. No one could answer my questions. directing me into the bottomless frustration we call the dmv office…So ridiculous.

About an hour wait. I arrived at around 315pm and was helped at around 415-420pm.

Worst DMV I’ve had the misfortune of visiting. Most DMVs try to help, but this one is both unfriendly and rude I was in the middle of a question and the woman literally got up and walked away with a we cannot help you.

This DMV office has some very helpful staff. I have come here several times within the past two years and I recently had to come here again this year in 2023. I had some issues with my car registration and was sent the wrong license plate for my car. I stood in line which was fairly long but moved quickly. I was given my number and waited to be called. I believe I waited maybe 40 minutes max before I was helped but the customer service from the lady who assisted me was fantastic. She was friendly and very witty and made my visit pleasant. For a government agency I am definitely impressed with the service I received.

This was my first time taking my son to the DMV because he turned 18. he got his picture taken for his state ID, but we never received a copy of his ID with his picture on it. Today I went there, and the customer service I got from the lady at the front desk was absolutely godawful. She was unprofessional, spoke at my son with an extremely rude tone of voice, and did not even bother trying to help. So we just got up and left.

Two lanes no divider roping to designate two lanes for appointments and non-appointments. No signage visible from the doorway of two lines of appointments and non-appointments, and only one person behind the desk to take appointments or people that don’t have appointments. Much confusion with the public trying to figure out what’s going on when you have one small desk and one person and no designation of where they’re supposed to be and blocking the door because it’s only 15 feet from the door. Poor Management.
