BAD EXPERIENCE. I was grateful for the help of Laura on picking out fixtures for our bathroom remodel. She is very knowledgeable and experienced.
On the flip side, we received terrible service when things went wrong. We ordered a washlet and first of all, delivery was delayed by SEVERAL WEEKS because it was reportedly LOST at the warehouse after being assembled. When it arrived and we got the plumber to the house, we discovered that we had received something other than what was (and maybe still is) described on the web page.
After returning that washlet and ordering with the help of the manager, the “correct” one, we once again received the wrong one. Our contractor created a piece to allow us to use it anyway, and lo and behold, a month or so later I discovered that the washlet only dribbles - no water stream. It is totally defective!
We have lost over $2,000, because Ferguson would not allow a return once it was installed. We ended going up to a different plumbing supply that had a functioning one on the floor.
Afterward, I have tried to get some kind of refund or at least credit from Ferguson. Not a penny! After NUMEROUS calls (up to several a day) and emails, nobody will authorize even a credit. Everyone is “too busy” to help us. Expensive problem due to very poor customer service.

I would like to commend the work of Vince, Michael and Luis who were the installation crew from Ferguson Home. They were only suppose to do a site survey prior to the installation of the gas stove I purchased from their showroom in Seaside, California. They decided to save me time by installing the stove instead of having to come back on another day which is their standard operating procedure. This was great news to my wife who has been without a stove for a long period of time during the remodeling of our kitchen. This crew was on time, very efficient and they protected and cleaned up their worksite afterwards which was my kitchen floor. They were even nice enough to haul away the huge cardboard box full of Styrofoam which the stove came in as I usually have to find room in the recycling bin and garbage can as Styrofoam can't be recycled. I would recommend Ferguson Home for your appliance and/or plumbing needs.

Suzanne and her colleagues at Ferguson were very professional. They helped us with several unique and beautiful items we selected for our home remodel. We were impressed at every step. Their online service is excellent and tied to an underlying software system that allows them to easily address questions and concerns in a friendly and knowledgeable way. Skip the Depot and use a pro. Really glad that we did.

The place had a very good inventory of all kinds of Kitchen and Bath fixtures. The staff there was incredibly helpful and gave you the time that was required to help. You decide what product would be best for your purpose. I will most definitely go there again..

This store is unbelievable. You can’t get help if you beg. Honestly, I walked in, willing to wait for help while I looked around. When I approached the desk again I was told a salesperson just became available. She went back to get her. The reception person came back to tell me the salesperson said if I don’t have an appt she isn’t going to help me.
Duh!!! I leave, I’m not happy
The next day I call for an appointment. I’m told “we don’t make same day appointments but they’re happy to help a walk in.” Really!?!
So I go back, hoping it was a one of experience… Nope, they can’t be bothered.
Now understand I need a refrigerator, bathroom sink, tub and shower faucets for two bathrooms and all new light fixtures. Yes a house full of lighting fixtures… They can’t be bothered to talk to me.
So…. One more try… I call again to talk to someone. I have one little question regarding a light fixture…. They transfer me to plumbing!
I get transferred back to the desk. This time she goes to ask the manager or department person if they could answer my question….
Nope can’t be bothered..
Oh did I mention I waited on hold for 28 mins gave up and called back two more times before finally getting to a real person…
Unbelievable!!!

Never knew this place existed, Went on contractor advice to Fegusons, needed a work station sink in a small size..and faucet. Had appointment with Laura Marquez...she was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and was able to see a model. Items ordered and arrived at my house in perfect condition. The whole showroom is a fabulous place!

Totally Frustrating! Three times the store emailed me saying that my whirlpool tub was going to be delivered but they no showed. My wife took a day off work to receive but they still have not delivered. This happened three times. I don't mind delays but be honest. Don't say you are going to deliver and then just leave us waiting. Terrible Customer service!! I will never use Ferguson again.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a whirlpool tub. Three times they emailed me saying it was ready for delivery. My wife took time off work to receive the delivery only for them to not show. Three times. They email a "request responses" which I did multiple times but they never seem to response to my emails. I will never buy from them again!

They didn't deliver my order properly, and don't return calls. The worst appliance place in the area. I Used BID down the street with no problems. Will not use Fergusons again.
