The only thing nice about this hotel is its location. The rooms are tiny, hardwood floors, bare walls. Every noise is echoed through the rooms. I can hear every neighbor around me anytime they move speak or cough. Had to unplug all the appliances because the electrical noises were way too loud. I wear silicon earplugs to sleep when traveling, did not help. The only thing nice about this place is its location. Do not recommend, especially for $300 a night.

Dangerous area and room is disgusting. Room smells so bad and toilet has stains. There is no extra lock on the door. Feels extremely unsafe and sketchy parking lot. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would feel safer in a Motel 6.

Had fruit stickers stuck on the sheets and stains which was a clear sign the bedding wasn’t washed beforehand. The tub had dried up spots where the soap from the wall had fallen before too, so it didn’t feel comfy knowing it wasn’t cleaned as thoroughly. Trash piled up right outside the rooms so coming/leaving there was just a bad smell.
However, the pros: the target is right around the corner and lots of places to grab food as well. 12-15 mins from cannery row, and there was a little stovetop to cook which was convenient.
Overall though, wouldn’t come back.

The hotel was OK however when it came to the room, it was not perfect. My son had bed bugs bite all over his body. Bathroom smells funny and the toilet was not flushing properly. It was not worth $338!!

The room was ok. The shower had extremely low water pressure, the toilet was not cleaned, the hand soap was mounted in the shower and labeled as “hand and body soap” and two of the four bath towels had mystery stains on them. With that said, the rest of the room was clean, the ac/heat worked well, the beds were somehow relatively comfortable despite the mattress being 6 inches thick and on a metal frame, there was hot water, and the room was pet friendly. As far as location goes, it was easy to get to and close to stores/food, but didn’t feel like the safest as it’s next door to a run down liquor store. It does have two separate parking lots, too, which was odd. Overall, it was a roof over our head and a warm bed to sleep in, which is all that we really needed. If you need a budget friendly place to stay for a night, it’s not a bad option.

The photos do not accurately represent the appearance of the rooms in real life. Additionally, there were many homeless individuals in the area, and the strong smell of marijuana was overwhelming. Grounds were dirty. Overall, the environment did not feel safe. We checked in and checked out within minutes. Hotel manager/owner has not given us refund.

Great location and easy to find. Had good parking, beds were very comfortable and rooms were a great size.
Bathrooms are a bit dated and the toilet wasn’t secure to the floor but did the job.
This place is definitely the best value for money in the area.

I stayed 3 nights in a family room with my teenage son to enable him to have some privacy in his own little room. The room was very clean and spacious. Everything worked. I had great hot water and water pressure. I give the room 5 out of 5, but the surrounding area, 1 out of 5. There was a major construction site right outside my window and a homeless camp outside of the other window. I was afraid to leave my car in the lot. I saw sketchy people around the motel, but surprisingly, I never heard anything. No yelling or craziness. It was a pretty good and quiet stay despite the construction noise. As much as I liked the room, I can't say I'd stay here again.

The bed, sheets, and bathroom were clean. The mini fridge worked well. The two men working the front were nice and welcoming. They need to take a few days to clean the walls. There were all types of splashes from careless people that have stayed in the past. Like coffee, and things like that.

Not bad rooms for the price but Shady characters there all day and night. I'm pretty sure the maintenance staff is part of the Shady characters. And check out is way too early when you can't check into your room until 3:00.

You have to keep things in perspective. I think the bad reviews are from people who expected more from a hotel on the Fremont strip. The owners have freshened it up pretty well. Bring your own soap and a better bath towel; those were the only weak links here. But otherwise, this place is a fine old-school small hotel. It's clean, quiet, convenient, and affordable.

Burn marks on the bedspread and toilet seat! (No smoking, right?) A wooden blind missing made for a tweakers heavenly view of the outdoors! Mold on the shower curtain, lights that didn't work and stained towels..... Waste of money to stay here!! Smoke alarm was disarmed and in a drawer!!!

Room was disgusting, sheets were not washed and had dirt inside of the topper, the pillows had hair from what I assume was the previous guest. There was no hot water at all on my second day of staying. Electricity was out half of me and my wife’s stay. I went ti the management office and two different parties in front of me were asking for a refund per the electricity and water inconvenience. I naturally asked as well where the manager reassured us that would all certainly receive a refund for this inconvenience. I got an email and response later that my refund from the owner was denied. Do not stay here.
