Goodwill Central Coast is a well-organized and clean store with friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. The employees work as a respectful team with great attitudes. Shoppers can find good clothing selections here, including cute and beautiful items that fit well, often at low prices. The store is described as not too crowded. However, some aspects receive mixed feedback. The fitting rooms were under construction and the parking lot is noted as being a little rough. The store's merchandise has drawn criticism for a lack of diversity beyond clothing, with very small selections of books, DVDs, and other media. Some electronics are considered overpriced. A number of customers express a longing for the older character of Goodwill, feeling it now focuses less on unique historical treasures and community help and more on profit, with jewelry sold differently and more new merchandise. Overall, it is considered a good destination for clothing, but may disappoint those shopping for other items.
Nice and clean staff very pleasant and willing to help you find what your looking for.

The store was clean and very well organized. I usually shop at Kohl's but arrived in Monterrey having forgot to pack shirts. I was in a hurry when I spotted Goodwill. I never before found clothing that fit so quickly. I bought 3 beautiful shirts that look new for $7 each. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

I hate to admit it, but this was always one of my favorite shops to visit. My best friend lived only a block away, and whenever I go to the area, I would shop here. Wonderful people run the place. It is always kept neat and clean. Very well organized. Merchandise was always clean. I loved the place.
