Terrible experience. Traveled from MN to CA to get taxes done only to be stood up for appointment that had been scheduled month in advance. Get poorly trained replacement that couldn’t understand documents so had us reschedule with the person we were suppose to see. Get to that appointment only to find out the reason we were stood up was because it was a nice day for drive to the beach. She completed taxes, we pay and return to MN. Month later notice taxes had not been filed, I called and was told that I hadn’t paid for them so they didn’t file. Thankfully I had the credit card receipt as proof. After this experience we not be using H&R Block in the future.

I have had the most terrible experiences with accountants on the Peninsula! I have been through 4 different ones in 6 years. I was referred to Patricia at H&R Block on Fremont by a friend and I could not be MORE please!!! Patricia is AMAZING! Thorough & smart and thinks in her clients best interest. She's saved our butts the past 2 years and saved us lots of money. And the cost is 1 tenth of what I paid these other people..Go see Patricia!! You will not be sorry
