Came here around 5:30 one evening upon the advice of a work friend who said this place does good nails. When I walked in everyone seemed friendly enough and asked me how they could help. When I explained I wanted a full set and a pedicure the gentleman, who I assume is Jack said rather curtly that they don’t have time for that. Mind you, the shop was completely empty except for a couple of the workers and one client who was getting her nails done. So I was a little annoyed seeing as they close at seven but inquired if I could make an appointment for tomorrow. He then repeated very rudely that they don’t have time to do my nails and to just call as they are very busy. He said this while literally standing there doing nothing and holding a broom in his hand. I got the vibe that they just didn’t want to do a full set and pedicure that close to closing, but if you can’t be bothered to make an appointment for a customer while they’re physically in your place or business I see no reason to continue to try to make an appointment later. Horrible customer service and I told my friend she made a terrible suggestion and she let me know she’s since stopped going as well as a few other people she’s recommended go there have had similar experiences. Will never patronize this business again.

They were too aggressive with me. Made me bleed a lot even during my manicure. They are selective on who they treat nicely. I just stopped by before my work out so I’m not dressed to the nines. They treated me like I don’t deserve their services. My nails came out alright but not worth going for their overall service. I left with multiple cuts and when I was bleeding they used cuticle remover to wipe the blood away. Painted over my cuts which burned under the uv light. I only left a one star review and they replied like that. Now I’m not afraid to say my piece.

I came in with a badly ingrown toenail, the staff expertly took care of it. Very clean facility and kind, gentle staff. I’m here visiting, but will go back when I can!

I was looking for a nail saloon and found this one in Google maps, I'm really happy with my nails the guy in the salon was really patient, detailed and very professional. I love my nails, the flower came out so beautiful also did the design! My mom got a manicure and they came out super pretty as well, the lady was super nice and gentle 💕Will totally come back to do my nails here totally worth it!

Jacks salon is very clean! I've never felt rushed during a mani or pedi here. I don't get my nails done often, but am very picky when I do. I always leave this salon happy

I was there a couple of hours ago and have to review quite possibly the best french tip gel manicure I’ve ever received! Even shapes and polish, quick, and so pretty!

Just moved to the area and so glad I found them! It's always a little nerve-wracking to find new services in a new place,but this place will be my new go to for nails and pedi's. I also had my eyebrows waxed. Very nice husband and wife team. The salon is very clean and inviting. Thank you for making me feel pretty today!! See you in 2wks!

I went to get my nails done today. I’ve been coming here a couple of times and they had done a great job, until today. My natural nails are very long and that’s how I like them. Unfortunately for me, the nail tech cut my nails to put fake ones when that’s not what I wanted at all. Whether it was miscommunication or not, I was still furious and upset since It took me over a whole year to get my nails that length. It doesn’t make any sense to me at all. Why cut off long naturals nails just to put fake ones on? I ended up having to cut all of them short and still got charged 50 bucks.
