Loyal Customer for ten years. Never had issues. No need to complain.That all changed yesterday and my final decision was made today.After some very negative interactions I do not reccomend this service provider and especially this establishment to anyone unless it is your only choice.For if you do, expect the following;Dishonest business practice (this location has one confirmed liar), dismissive customer service (your requests are either a waste of their time, or they just tell you to call customer support), and to isolate this location a young male employee who assisted me with my request was confirmed as a liar by his own customer service team Investigating the issue I presented to them.I was appalled when the customer's service representative informed me and apologized to me that I was deliberately lied too in order to avoid helping me.As a 10 year long and loyal customer who has never missed a payment and always supported this company's desire to assist financially challenged folks, I think I now understand why they could care less about its customers.The average metro customer will tolerate it, simply because it's nearly the last option for decent coverage at a low cost.I am not going to tolerate this treatment from them again. I hvery switched providers.Just as a side note,Had the forementioned employee been honest and simply took some time to do his job I would still be a customer.I am sharing this so you can avoid a similar experience with a crooked and ghetto establishment, run by a gang of cracked out, washed up wanna be professionals who pretend to care about people. I doubt empathy is even a word they can define or express.I mean seriously how do they get away with this kinda of practice?My 2cents, stay away. Pre pay before you do busine]ss with these guys.Metro PCS is the Spirit Airlines of cellular providers.STAY AWAY!

They ripped off my friend. She paid cash for an IPhone 13. We made it very clear we didn’t want to make installment payments for the phone as my friend was paying for the phone in full and she would maintain her original plan. My friend found out later that the staff had increased her monthly plan by $20 without informing her.

Absolutely no service given on my phone whatsoever. They did not adequately sync my old phone to my new phone. No instruction whatsoever on new phone. Metro is an abysmal carrier and the Fremont street location is a wireless facility that exists to I sell expensive add ons. I will never again patronize this location and advise others to follow suit. They failed to meet any customer needs and left me wishing I hadn't paid my bill and simply unlocked my phone and took it to a reputable carrier with competent and helpful people.

The employees were unhelpful and I left the store with two bricks and short three hundred dollars. Absolutely no explanation on the phone and they didn't even take thr time to adequately transfer the data from my old phone to the new phone. The custoner ser ice line is populated by marginally cimpetent, if courteous people. The plan I have is expensive and as soon as I can I am transferring service to another carrier. I would recommend any other cellular service provider and store.

I absolutely loved my phone purchase experience with Alex and Felix! This is by far, my favorite Metro PCS store. Started in Bay Area, this is the nicest, most thorough and helpful team I've worked with yet!! Count on getting great service and good advice!

I have been into this store twice to get my intermittent connectivity issues corrected. Both times, I was told I needed a new phone (my phone has a semi-cracked screen, but has been working fine until the past month). I do not want a new phone, just a working phone (my phone is only 8 months old). The clerk (a young, brunette, bespectacled man) turned my phone off, then back on the first time. The second time he removed my SIM card and then claimed he was troubleshooting. His solution both times was to buy a new phone. When I did agree to a new phone, he said it would be $69.95 and he would "throw in a case and a screen saver". When my total came to $123, my husband questioned the charges. The clerk told him that when he said he would "throw in a case and a screen saver" he meant give us a discount. My husband said "We are not spending any money here." We left, went to a different Metro-PCS store (S. Craycroft in Tucson, AZ). Amazingly, the lovely manager at that store did not even try to sell us a new phone, she did a network reset and VOILA! Problem solved. If you are looking to be sold a new phone as a solution to your connectivity issues, by all means go to the Metro-PCS at Kolb and Broadway. But if you a looking for a fix for connectivity issues, go to a Metro-PCS store where the employees know what they are doing, and are not just glorified salesmen.
