Great place for a quick, simple workout. Weights are limited. Good variety of cardio options.

Its pretty good, I wish the pool was deeper, but other than that its pretty average, very clean though

Equipment is basic and old, space is small, and the WiFi is useless. It does the job, but make sure you have music download because there is almost no cell service in that area.
