This is for the service department: Not a bad dealership - but they seem severely understaffed. Getting your Cadillac in for Warranty work usually requires a 2-3 week delay just to get it looked at.
It's hard to get ahold of people in the service department on the phone (they'll transfer to you t a number where nobody is there to pick up the phone).
Honestly, it's quite a headache to work with them - not that they're not nice or anything - it's just they don't seem to have the personel or systems in place to give customers top notch service (as you might excpect from a Cadillac Dealership). It almost seems like they are in survival mode or something, I'm not sure.
If you ever work with any of the other luxury car dealers service centers in the area (Audi, BMW) there is a WORLD of difference. The Cadillac Serivice center just seems WAY behind the other luxury dealers service level.

Scheduled my Cadi's (immaculate condition with 10k on odometer) sunroof to be serviced in Sep through the Cadi dealership but was sent to the Chevy service dept as theirs was closed. Received confirmation call day before but no mention of Chevy parking lot being resurfaced. Wife drove around area and ended up dropping car off at Jeep dealership (all 3 same owner). Same day wife picks up Cadi to find techs left dirty hand prints all over the headliner and front driver's seat and grease smears on the interior driver's front door. Wife asked service advisor for rags to clean it up and advisor offers to detail car (I would have handed her the keys). Got text from advisor 2 days later telling me to expect a survey. 10 days later I stop by Cadi dealership to talk to advisor. I ask about the survey and let her know I was not happy about the dirty handprints and grease and told her I have 3 GM's in my driveway and they gotta do better if they want my return business. She tells me she'll send the survey soon. Three weeks later and still no survey. Sunroof repaired and works great now.

They never answer the phone. I called 13 times between 3:16 to 3:31. It keeps hanging up. I have been dealing with them for 5 months. Car was there since May. It always comes across as a problem on my caddy. Does anyone have a number to call them before I personal visit them.

Really bad experience, we bought a truck 3 months ago they still have the truck on the dealership with to many defects and wheels that they made a promise to upgrade 3 months already and we haven’t got the truck, they made all kind of promises so you can sign the contract and they can have the money after that they don’t answer calls or even say we don’t know you.

This dealer is the worst. Won't return messages and awful service department service. Avoid this dealer at all costs. With such poor customer service, I think that they will go out of business very soon. Cadillac is supposed to be a luxury brand but everything about my experience here has been the opposite.

I recently leased a Lyriq here. I’ve had dozens of experiences with auto dealers and salespeople, but Tony, the sales manager, and Rodney, the salesman who worked with me, were professional, knowledgeable and fun people to work with - the best I’ve ever encountered. Even Ace (yes, his given name!) the finance manager, was flexible and easygoing. I highly recommend going there to experience the magnificent all-electric Lyriq and meet this phenomenal team.
Oh, the deal I got was amazing, too.

Pleasant and smooth transactions. I worked with a man named Giuseppe and he made buying so easy. He was kind answered all my questions and I had A LOT he was incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly with my family it made the experience so much better. I had looked other places and didn’t feel comfortable like I did at this Chrysler it made the world of a difference and I am grateful for them.

Had a lovely experience at Seaside Cadillac. Adnan was a great salesperson and helped me out immensely in finding a car that was suitable for my personal needs. Had an amazing time test driving different vehicles and that helped me to choose the beautiful car I ended up driving away with. Again I want to thank and recommend Adnan as he is a great salesperson and helped me to choose the vehicle that was perfect for me. He explained everything thoroughly (I don't think he left a single detail out) and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Nothing but good things to say about Seaside Cadillac definitely go check them out!
