We just got our bumper fixed here and we were so impressed with their work and customer service. They did a great job fixing our bumper and even detailed cleaned our SUV! Everyone is very helpful not just with their work but also with dealing with our insurance. I highly recommend Storelli Brothers Auto Body shop and would certainly come back again.

Storelli Bros. Was a breath of fresh air. Professional, calm, communicative, welcoming. Jose was my point of contact and was a very big part of my experience. I’m so glad this body shop was recommended by Mattesons in PG. Jose is a true Pro. I needed a new front bumper for my BMW and he took care of me & my car & my insurance perfectly. I highly recommend them!!

Everyone I encountered at Storelli Brothers was very friendly and professional. They greeted me quickly (even as a walk-in!) and were very communicative. Jose (Joe) was generous with his time and was super informative regarding the damage and needed repairs. He was calm, nice and honest, and I so appreciate his help and insights during a stressful situation. I would highly recommend this shop as it's not easy to come by good customer service AND human kindness these days. Thank you again Jose!

Joe is so helpful and patient! Also gave me the lowest price among all the repair shops in the area! Highly recommend! Sad that I’m leaving Monterey, would love to live in the area so I could always go to them whenever I need repairs!

Where do I start with how great Storelli Brothers are? From the beginning, we dealt with Jose in getting an estimate for insurance reasons. After that, we had to wait on the insurance co. which took forever no thanks to them. However, Joe Storelli and Jose were a dream to deal with. They were beyond generous. How kind and patient Jose was whenever I called to ask questions or inform them of different matters. Jose never dealt with me in an unkind or impatient way. He was so easy to deal with. This place is first class. If we ever need them for auto body this is where we are going. A+++

I had a minor collision, and I went to four different places that didn't know how to fix my car. I took it to Storelli Brothers and Jose immediately got under my car and took pictures of the damage. He sent me an email later that day with an estimate. Not only did they fix my car, but they did a great job. Everyone is friendly and professional. There is even an adorable doodle dog that is at the shop everyday.

These guys really did a great job fixing up my car. Got my bumper crunched in a hit and run. Fixed thru insurance. Looks better than new! They are very busy so you may need to get in the queue. Honest, super friendly folks here and do great work. BTW they were a LOT more reasonable on price than Caliber down the street. Recommend, and would use them again.

Very professional, superior quality work and staff that is helpful. They worked with my insurance company for getting approval and payment. Hope I don't need them again, but they are my go to place for repairs.

An honest auto repair! I was side swiped by a truck with giant tires. Got two estimates of over $2k to repair. Storelli Brothers was closed over the Christmas holiday, so they were my third estimate. And do you know how much they charged? Zero, nada, nothing! Jose at the front desk took a look, said, "let me try something," came back with a wet cloth, and rubbed it right off! Took under two minutes! Didn't need the bumper replaced, didn't even need to be buffed! And the best part? He wouldn't accept $100, wouldn't even accept $20. I hope to not ever need their services, but I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone. Happy New Year!
