The Meatery: Butcher & Eatery is an artisan butcher shop providing well-sourced proteins and pantry products. The meat counter is beautiful with lots of fresh meat, fine cuts, and an expansive selection of sausages, including those filled with sweetbreads, game meats, and other delicious varieties. For lunch, options include a spot-on burger, a delicious chicken sandwich, and sandwiches with plenty of meat and savory dressings. The tri-tip features big chunks of tender, smokey meat. Fries are seasoned well. The prices are not for the unprepared, but the brisket is good and the flavor is big. It is a compact location with a great selection for meals or to cook at home.
Todd and his team serve up some delicious sandwiches full of flavor and they are always extremely friendly and hospitable. Stopped in here after work for a brisket sandwich and a pork belly banh mi. Beautiful shop and plenty of options if you want to take something home and throw some meat on the grill.
