I came here for a passport photo but the picture they took was completely unusable. They assured me it was fine, and like a fool I believed them. My application was returned because of the terrible picture within a couple weeks.I’d recommend going to Staples for your photo needs. They had better equipment (not a digital camera that looked straight out of 2005) and the picture was ready in minutes.

I sat on hold tonight for 70 minutes. Not one person stopped and talked to me. I got hung up on. I needed to make sure my daughters medicine was being filled. I understand pharmacies are overwhelmed, but to not even stop and talk to me. They just kept picking up the receiver and hanging it up.EDIT TO ADD: This pharmacy experience just keeps getting worse. I would avoid here if you can. I waited 45 minutes in line with my sick daughter yesterday. My daughter now needs an antibiotic, and we have been waiting a day and a half. My husband had to show up and we were told it would be another two hours. I’ve never been more frustrated with a pharmacy.

Setup a COVID/flu shot appointment online a week in advance. I get a call being told that they're out of COVID shots and I'm being put down on a list to get my vaccine the next day. Nothing is said about my flu shot so I go to the pharmacy and they say all vaccine appointments after 4 were canceled. I ask if I need an appointment for tomorrow to get my vaccines I signed up for. The front desk guy says show up any time tomorrow.I show up the next day and the lady at the vaccine counter doesn't care about this list I was put on and tells me I need an appointment because they're overbooked.Would have been nice not to waste my time TWICE showing up and getting no vaccines. Don't believe any of these pharmacy staff.

I am a lung patient with copd-pah uninsured who is dependent on the state bridge access program for covid vaxes. This walgreen was listed as a participant, nope after waiting all week i show up for my appt only to have the pharmacist try to extract 160$ from me and stated "we dont do the bridge access program here ,i know nothing about it" WTF Walgreens? This is a state funded program... do better..educate your pharmacist s at that location and get them to put masks on , this is a pandemic and they are part of the patient health care chain.. I actually give this store 0 stars. Dont waste your time..

This Walgreens offers precisely the worst customer service anywhere I've ever been. I've never been treated more poorly than when I visit their pharmacy. Every time. No one knows what they're doing, they keep customers waiting without end, they don't answer the phone and they're completely unhelpful when you're in front of them in person. Don't waste your time here. You won't receive any assistance.

No stars for this pharmacy. On hold for 21 minutes to find out if they have a drug in Stock, because the CVS was out of stock. Finally hung up. How can a business run if you can't even answer the phone.

This Pharmacy is the worst..Everytime I go there is a line and you wait 25 minutes..Then when you get to the window..and the prescription was called 2 hours in advance..They tell you it is not ready and will be a additional 20 mintue wait.. Simply Ridiculous! Especially when the patient is a 87 yr old man who can not stand for more then 10 minutes..Shameful! You're company can not provide the service to the customers in a timely fashion and hire people who can understand the English language and fill the request of prescriptions.. This pharmacy is understaffed with people whom can even speak the English..bad enough understand the customer whom has to repeat everything ten times..

Pharmacy is incredibly slow and kept telling me to come back in 15-20 minutes. They don’t even think about filling the prescription until you show up and then you wait…

So many things not working here. One star for having the correct prescription ready today--surprising. Zero stars for FedEx drop-off and Walgreens Rewards programs. The details are boring. I just wish I knew why these folks always have had so much trouble being a functional pharmacy for so many years.

I use this Walgreens for my mother who lives nearby. This is the only Pharmacy where you can call and actually have someone answer the phone in the pharmacy but also help you. They also recently sent us a text telling me that my mother is eligible for another Covid shot. I have found all the employees that work here friendly and willing to help. This is not the case at all Pharmacies. I recommend this store highly.

Unfortunately the pharmacy is understaffed and (it seems) poorly managed.I’ve come in multiple times for prescriptions, been told it will be ready in a couple hours, only to come back the next day and find out they still haven’t filled the prescription.Sometimes they can only partially fill the prescription.It seems they around 75% if the time they have trouble filling prescriptions in a timely manner.The line is always long. Unfortunately I cannot recommend anyone fill their prescriptions here.

I called Monday because I kept getting different notifications. Online stated out of stock and Phone said confirming dose. The lady that answered asked me you know you can check on the APP. I said yea I know. But its giving me to different rejections. She didnt even ask for my DOB just my name. Pretty sure im not the only Emily G. here. Didn't help at all. So I called my doctor and my doctor tells me it should be ready on Wednesday. I called TODAY again. Same lady answered her name is Olga. Told her what I was calling for and until now im told it needs a PA and that she sent the doctor a fax.Lol what game are we playing??? Waiting this long to tell me it needs a PA when I could've helped out with something and for you tell me your out of stock again!!Its been 3 MONTHS of out of stock or confirming dose..

pretty sad for the pharmacy staff. you can tell they are incredibly stressed out by how rude and short they are. I don't think they mean to be, but it's obvious they are under a lot of pressure.I recommend taking your business elsewhere as the staff are so overburdened.----Update:Still don't recommend it because they are so busy / stressed, but they tried hard with a weird prescription and were nice. +2 stars for being kind after a 2 hour wait that was supposed to be 15-20 mins.

This is the worst pharmacy!!!! I brought in a legible prescription. To not understand what it says is absolutely insane!!!! I get a txt that the "refill" is not authorized. It's not a refill!!!!! Then we got that fixed I thought. Then I'm told it will be ready in 90 mins. It's now been 4 hours.... I called - on hold & hung up on. This is an rx For my dog who can barely breathe. I'm soo pissed. Now I'm going over there & try to keep my cool......I moved it up to two stars just because the girl ( I wish I got her name) she was so understanding , she understood where I was coming from. She too was a veterinary technician. She remembered me from the previous day & She got me the medication I needed immediately. That girl deserves a raise! She really took my anger from a ten down to a good 3!! Now my dog can finally get relief!!
