Teller at Sebastopol branch was very rude and nasty she even seemed happy about not cashing one of two checks for reasons she stated could not be shared with me. Check she did cash, that was only $100 she smiled and said in a snotty tone here's your $96". No other bank I've ever been to has charged a fee on a check for $100 or less. Congratulations B of A on anew low in banking. Then ofcourse she asks," would you like to open a account?" F/÷!%=÷ No , in I'll ask my customers who wrote me the checks to please close out there accounts!!!! Place is GARBAGE!!! NO WONDER THEY'RE GOING UNDER!!!!

Terrible customer service, kept me and my father waiting for a over 30 minutes. Prudence kept looking our way knowing we were waiting for her and continue to ignore us.

I keep trying to get in and I get no answer on local #, 800 number takes days to get back to you and i need to go in to get my safe box they said come in on Tuesday or Thursday but every time I try I check Google and it says CLOSED on whichever day I want to go! every week it changes to the opposite day I've been waiting to go!! Get clear on your hours and answer the phone for customers! What a pain in the A**! - Never-mind the stress of having your contents MAILED in this day and age. Customer service these days is absolutely gone. Happy to be rid of bank of america in its entirety.

Pathetic service. There is no one here to be of any help, it’s a shell of a bank. They send you to a 800 number for anything other than cashing a check and the number is an endless loop of only basic options. Their mobile app is almost as useless. If you want service from your local bank DO NOT choose this location. You will be very disappointed and frustrated

bank is very poorly managed!!!!i done business there for 10 years!!!service has declined badly!! now.....!long waits in line,!!!!never answers the phone!!!!never returns messages!!!!very poor interest rates, poor communication in any form!!!i have to double check everything for fearful they might mismanages my accounts!!!!! failed to give me a copy of my document direction action on my account and had to go out of my way to get it!!!!what happened to normal bank practices!!!!terrible in everyway!!!!!

I kept my account open even though I moved most everything to another bank because they had absolutely the worst service. They only offered me services once I was taking my money away and they realized how much money I was taking... I opened this account when I first started banking as a teen, so silly me, I was sentimental. SO I left a bit of money in the account and continued to get monthly statements after moving the bulk of my savings. Last month, I got a notification that they had sent my money to the state as an abandoned account. None of the statements I received mentioned this so I went into the local branch. The woman who helped me was very confused since she said they never sent me a notification that they were going to do this. She looked for it but said, no, no notification was sent which is by law something that they are required to do. I told her some of the things they did or didn't do over the years to me and to my husband (who left them years ago), She was not surprised but saddened. The only good thing I have seen in that place in the last 20 years was the lady that helped me that day. I suggested she apply at a local bank because it is clearly getting worse at Bank of America. I then had to request my money back from the state because B of A was not going to help.

I have been banking at this branch for over 15 years and have opened personal, joint and several business accounts and accounts for kids. With branch support I have also sent some complicated international wires for business and required support on various account matters that required next-day branch personnel follow up on my behalf. As my business accounts grew, I was handed off to a specialist but I thought my service at the branch level was always the best. From the branch manager, who always takes time to say hi, to tellers and account support folks, I have never had anything but great service. Although BofA is a huge company, my experience at this branch always feels like small-town friendliness and service.

I love going to this Bank. Service is little slow but i understand since Sebastopol is a small community. Plenty of Parking !!!

I typically hate going to BoA. The one near my home is awful, so I was expecting the worse when I came to the Sebastopol branch. tl;dr This is an awesome branch of BoA. There was no line, the teller was incredibly polite. They took care of my business quickly and even let me use the bathroom. I can count on one finger the number of times a BoA account let me use their bathroom - thanks Sebastopol.
