I was dreading the repair process, but Caliber made this an AMAZINGLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! Great customer service, clarity of communications, literally daily text updates on repair status plus a phone call! And, they beat the estimated completion of the repairs by 2 days---WHEN DOES THAT EVER HAPPEN???? This team is the best....while I hope I don't need to repair my car ever again, if I do THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WOULD USE. STELLAR!!!

The husband and wife duo is extremely unprofessional he calls her “honey” and “sweetie” in front of customers and argues with her at work would not recommend them to trust them with your car the only helpful person is someone named Jose

We unfortunately sustained damage on our Camry when my husband was rear ended by a careless driver. The car had a piece of the bumper that popped out and never sat right since we bought it used, plus there was a rattle that we could not find. When he was hit, there was a trim piece detached in the trunk as he was fixing the latch (over time it was slowly getting fixed by my husband). We dropped it off at Caliber Collision in Sebastopol and Jose M took charge. He gave us the quote, avoided totalling the vehicle, and kept me informed during the whole process. When it was completed, the car was cleaner than when wedropped it off. In addition the panel was replaced, the rattle was repaired and the bumper no longer pops out. The interior smells great and is spotless (that won't last sadly). The entire car looks fabulous now! We are extremely happy we chose Caliber and Jose is easy to work with. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision Sebastopol to anyone that needs repairs due to the carelessness of another. Gold star! 💫

What a great experience! Across the board everyone at the Sebastopol location was fantastic and took incredible care to make everything go well. The work itself on my 4Runner was excellent. They helped me navigate the rental car and timeline of the repairs. Friendly, knowledgable and helpful people every step of the way. And they communicate so well. Thanks for such a good experience.
One final word: I couldn't believe how clean, and detailed, my 4Runner was when I got it back. Way above and beyond what I expected. Inside and out was meticulous.

I needed a professional location for body work to a 2019 GLS covered by insurance. Their staff was great, handled all the processing and logistics, and went above and beyond with regards to the return condition of the car. I'd highly recommend this location. The whole process was handled very well.

I recently had to take my 2020 Subaru Forester into Caliber Collision in Sebastopol for body work following an accident. My car had been hit by a tire that came off a boat trailer and the front passenger side was damaged. Nationwide offered me a choice of body shops and I chose Caliber in Sebastopol because they got the best reviews. I was thrilled with their customer experience which was exceptional from start to finish. They were professional, personable, great communicators, and did a fantastic job on my car. The repairs were completed earlier than expected and when I picked up the car it had been cleaned from top to bottom and looked like new! I am beyond satisfied and highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs bodywork.

I recently took my car to Wayne and his team because someone hit it while it was parked on my street. Thankfully the damage wasn't too bad but it's still stressful. Wayne and his team were super helpful, friendly and efficient. They got me all fixed up and good to go in no time. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend these guys.
