I love this CVS. The pharmacy staff and Checkout staff are great. Also the shelves are stocked and it is clean. Everyone is super helpful.

Seems very disorganized with a lot of the staff disinterested in helping, offhand in helping or downright rude and unwilling to discontinue private conversations with other employees to help. I've only been in a handful of times but every time I seem wind up talking or asking questions to voices coming from behind piles of boxes around the store. Most recently I asked a question of two employees chatting at the door. One was sitting as if watching the door and the other was just standing there talking, I wasn't feeling well and wanted to get what I needed and go but neither of them were helpful. The one sitting down was especially snarky and couldn't wait to get back to their conversation.

Pharmacy staff are overworked, underpaid and underappreciated by their corporate overlords. Somehow the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians manage to be friendly, efficient and calm in spite of job conditions that seem designed to subdue the happiest heart. The for-profit medical services industry grinds away the humanity in even the most dedicated professionals eventually and I salute the resilience of the hardworking employees of this particular CVS pharmacy. *The rest of the store is fine, four stars, comparable to any other similar store. The *bathroom* has always been a disgusting swamp to be endured only in a true emergency where the only alternative is to publicly soil yourself. Better to race home or to use the bathroom at Starbucks than enter this cesspit. Want MRSA? You can probably get it from the soap dispenser or the doorknob in this bathroom. It seems like it might get spritzed with disinfectant every few days by horrified employees, but never professionally cleaned.

This is place is amazing! Very clean and has a lot of products. When I left my wallet in the car I ask if the manger if she could watch my things and she did ! the people are friendly and we’re very nice to my 2 year old daughterThank you

Customer service doesn't exist anymore!! I go to check out and they send me to self checkout while 3 employees stand around chatting and I'm the only customer. It must be nice to work where there is no Supervisor to teach employees how to treat customers.

Avoid at all costs. The rite aid in Sebastopol is so much better in every way. The people who work here are miserable and want to make you miserable as well. The worst pharmacy experience of my life.

I have to admit, this looks like a new CVS, but I’m baffled at the cleanliness of CVS locations. See my bathroom pics. On a side note, the pharmacy department was very professional and the pharmacist that administered my second booster was awesome—the general cleanliness of the store appeared spot-on, but for Pete’s sake, clean the washroom.

Clean your freaking bathroom. This is the third time I have tried to use the restroom here & it was so dirty. There's like 5 or 6 people that work here at one time. While one of you is pretending to do something useful, you could clean the bathroom & put fresh toilet paper in. It's disgusting. You cannot even pretend like you don't see it. Can't decide who does the deed? Draw straws or something. Jesus

It says that this business updated hours a week ago. Opening hours for the pharmacy say 9:00. The woman, snottily, said 10:00. I told her Google says 9:00 am and she said it didn't.Additionally, my doctor phoned in my prescription Friday morning. When I went to pick it up at 4:30 PM Friday afternoon, it still WAS NOT READY. Unbelievable. Thank you for changing me to a Rite Aid shopper.
the other day when trying to pick up a package that ups dropped off. Thay didn't have it . The manager told me I should have purchased insurance. I complained and after she figures out that it would be there the next day for pickup. The next day she told me it was sent back . No responsibility.
