Just went into the Sebastopol branch because of a problem with a check order. The teller reviewed my order, pinpointed the problem, gave me a revised ETA and offered to print out temp checks for me before I even had to ask. She was new, but knew all the steps to take. Stellar, friendly service from this branch, as always!
