The Legacy is a sewing notions and thrift shop that is an amazing community resource and hidden gem for crafters, knitters, and imaginative creators of all ages. It is a fantastic second-hand store with a fantastic variety of responsibly priced new and recycled yarn, sewing notions, material, needlepoint, and craft items. New stuff and incredible treasures are available every week, with some items new and others gently used. All items are donated and all proceeds benefit the Sebastopol Area Senior Center. The inventory is organized, the help is the best, and the volunteers greet shoppers with a smile. Patience is recommended as the busy store requires time to explore its expanded space.
