“Those who have left negative reviews are not really complaining about this facility, they're complaining about the company Quest and it's practices/policies regarding appointment... That being said, the staff here are kind and helpful while trying to get done a large volume of people. I've been a walk-in several times and have never had to wait an unrealistic amount of time.
The only thing I would say is that unfortunately whoever the cleaning staff is for these buildings does not clean the lobby lights and window frame well enough.”

“I had 2 appts that day and a scheduled ride to pick me up at a set time. Let me tell you, the first appt was at the lab. That was so quick that I had over a half hour to spare until my next appt. I even called to see if I could get in early, but they said it would be better to just keep my scheduled time. So I did and that appt was also quicker than expected that I had to call the transportation company to come and get me a half hour early. Sure wish all appointments would go that smoothly. Thank you.”

“It is my go to lab. I'm getting older, so I find myself there far more often than I have in the past. You don't need an appointment but I would highly recommend it. The technicians appear to be well-trained and get you out of there as reasonably quick as possible.”
