I needed to get a rear windshield wiper with a special attachment. The one they sold me was the wrong one (and the guys swore and even offered to bet that it was the correct one) but they let me return it , no problem

Came to Oreilly’s for some leather detailer and refuse to price match with Wal Mart who management does not consider “competition”. $16 before tax for a bottle at Oreilly. $9 at WalMart.I’ll be shopping with the competition for the same exact products for nearly half the price from now on. ✌️

They are great at testing discharged batteries and using terms like "dead cell", "needs replacement" & "Bad battery", when the battery isn't even charged above 12.2 volts (full charge is 12.6, over that means there is a surface charge). NOTE - a discharged battery isn't always a bad battery unless your trained by O'Reilly. Should really have some correct training and not some video for 20 minutes that uses a machine they don't know how to operate properly. 100%.... not 80%, not 70% of all my retests from them end up being simply a discharge problem. You charge a battery, before you attempt to load test it. I would never go there for a battery or a diagnosis.
