Service is always prompt and friendly. Lots of available appointments and I always get my results back in 1-3 days (maybe I'm just lucky?!).

The phlebotomists are always professional and courteous

Staff is wonderful and polite. Plenty of parking. My only issue is how long it takes to get my results back. They told me one week. It's going on 10 days and these results are important. There's got to be a way to fix this. It's extremely stressful. Also, can't get a live person on the phone. Even if you drive to a location to ask a question, you won't be able to even do that unless you have an appointment.

There’s no way to call and talk to anybody at the office. There’s one person sitting there taking care of the whole show. Their phone numbers send you through multiple selections of automated responses with no hope to ever talk to anybody.

3/27/23- excellent experience at this location. Phlebotomist Melanie was wonderful, professional and I didn't feel a thing. Make an appointment prior, Quest honors appointments before walk-ins. Recommend.

Long lines, poor customer service, and that's before they have corporate contact about billing! I was told one price and charged significantly more. Quest as a whole sucks.

Update:Test not performed, specimen was damage due to a sample processing failure. After all the trouble this is the end result.Original post (5 stars):I've had traumatic blood exams experience since growing up, before going to take my blood I meditated for 2 hours to be able to handle my traumatic response, I communicated to the nurse (Shenaya) about it and she took me to a bed instead of the chair were I was then she talked to me through the whole process in a very compassionate and calm way. Best experience ever. She stayed with me until I was fully recovered from my trauma response and I was able to walk without any dizziness. I will definitely go back if needed (hopefully not) Great service!

This place is understaffed and undertrained. long wait times, painful blood draws and lack of communication. Trying to contact them is a nightmare. I definitely do not recommend

There are not enough people working at a time at this location and the people they have are under qualified or just out of school with no experience. The staff is kind but they are untrained and not very helpful. The two people working when I was there last could not figure out how to take a blood culture and I had to wait an extra half hour for them to call someone to ask how. Once they finally got me in the back room neither of them could figure out how to take the cap off of the tourniquet and spent minutes twisting the needle In my arm joking about how they had done this before and had no issues but I overheard them in the next room asking if anyone had done a blood culture before and both saying no. It was obvious it was their first time. It became very uncomfortable painful. There are long wait times in a small dirty room as well. If you can go elsewhere do. Even trying to pick up an empty container I had to wait an hour and no one acknowledged me, it was impossible to find anyone to talk to.

My wife had an appointment with Quest for three weeks before today. When she arrived 9 minutes late, she sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before someone was available to speak to her and told her that if she was more than one minute late she no longer had an appointment. This is an outrageous lack of service orientation in a health care organization. As a health care provider myself, I will be referring my patients to Lab Corp -not Quest- for laboratory testing.

They seem to be relatively unavailable and no more walk ins. I needed a test before leaving on Vacation and they just don't have them when I need them and they no longer squeeze you in. The igrls are nice, its a staffing issue.

I had tests to be done, docs orders. The young lead brunet lab coat girl said this is a test we usually don’t do here even though it a test I always get done at the other quests with no problems.I said “ I think it’s a test to see if my meds are still working” I said. Pretty simple actually it says right there what it is.Ohhh ok she said, yeah I see it here and it should not be a problem. Then, days later I find out my tests didn’t get done at all, and it says (client request cancellation)on the notes. What bs. If you can do a test because you don’t know how then you should have told me that. Not waisted my time and endangering my health.Very disappointed young lady

Horrible. Had an appointment. Waited 1.5 hours 5 people in a tiny closet waiting room.

Wait time is ridiculous. You can drive to a lab in Santa Rosa and back before they call you in. Waiting room is dinky and unacceptable considering people may be sick sitting in sich close proximity. Last time I went they didn't even take people without an appointment. This is not at all the easy in and out lab I was expecting. Real pain in the neck. Go somewhere else unless you are reading War and Peace, have a jumbo cup of tea and nobody is expecting you home for 4 hours.

I've been going here for 25 years,.If you make an appointment you get right in and write out.Parking is right up front. And plenty of it.But I have to agreewith the person who said It was small and needed some updating. You can wait in your car and they will come out and get you or call your name. And it really is about time they fixed up the place made it look a little more welcoming a little bit more cleaner a little bit more updating would be awesome.I was there the 2nd of DecemberI did not make an appointmentBut I got right in because it wasn't busy
