Great service, friendly staff, and they have a wide variety of products. I find it offensive that someone would be offended at something that was sold in another era, when people were not offended of making fun of each other. If you don't like something don't buy it. Those type of items are collectible by the way, and depict a historical time that we should not forget, and learn from.

This place is close by and very friendly. They're open 6 days a week and will take donations most mornings. The volunteers are so busy running the store, they can only take donations in for a few hours after 10am. I just wish the store was even bigger. Lots of good stuff there!

I've always found nice clothing and dinner ware here! Parking is great and staff are polite. Pricing is good. You do have to search for a while but there are some hidden gems.

While shopping in this store I saw something that I found offensive. It is a table lamp depicting a Civil War era officer with his wife and child and a slave looking up at the master. I said something to one of the volunteers about how I found it disgusting and she laughed. I pointed out that it's not funny. (Perhaps she doesn't know what the civil war was about.) She then said, "We'll, some one will buy it." and laughed again. I then told her that I was sorry that they were selling it because I wouldn't be able to shop there anymore. Over a couple of decades I have donated thousands of dollars worth of items. I won't be doing that anymore. I would rather take my donations to Goodwill.

I ❤️ donating good quality items to Sutter Hospice. When donating arrive early! Their general donations hours are 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. But frequently reach space capacity and close donation hours early. Call ahead to be sure.

I've shopped here for the last five years, but will no longer patronize the store. Stopped in today and noticed they had multiple items for sale that were offensive, depicting minorities as racist tropes of the past. I understand they received these items as donations, but someone decided to actually price them and put them out on the floor. I politely brought the most offensive item for sale up to the counter, the one that depicted an image of "the happy slave" surrounded by cotton plants underneath the word "Mammy," and expressed my opinion that this should not be for sale on the floor, and perhaps they could send it to a black history museum, where it can be shown within the context of the racist propaganda that was made during that time. I understand these two white women behind the counter were volunteers, and one was relatively open to hearing my concerns about them trying to profit off racist imagery. The other white woman seriously looked at me and stated her mother had picked cotton for free also. Her comment is a perfect example of the oblivious and ignorant white privilege that exists in wealthy affluent areas of California, and all across the country for that matter. She seriously thought that her mother's experience (true or not) was somehow akin to the history of chattel slavery in America. If I only had a one-off unpleasant experience with a volunteer, I wouldn't write this review about the whole store. But clearly someone in management in the back who saw these items come through thought that they were appropriate to put out for sale. And this was not the only item that depicted racist imagery, it was just (in my opinion) the most offensive one. Disappointed but not surprised. I wouldn't give them my money again.

Great prices, good selection, and very clean! Has good clothes you’d actually wear unlike all the goodwills I’ve been to.

Clean, well organized thrift store, nice atmosphere. Easy parking, a great find. Reminds me of the Sutter Hospice Lewis road store in Santa Rosa , that sadly closed last year.

One of Sebastopols' hidden gems of thrift, this store which consist of mostly volunteers, has very high quality items at unbelievable prices. The store is very nice and the staff works with all needs and situations. They serve the community through being a nonprofit business. I absolutely love that even if donations don't make it to the sales floor, they are still given to the less fortunate in other countries. If you're ever in Sebastopol just make sure to stop by and check it out. Thank me later.

Great thrift store! We always find something we can't live without. Today, we found a piece of art my mom made and sold 21 years ago! She was so thrilled to have it back, so she bought it and hung it on her wall when she returned home!

Had a pile of clothes to try on. They won't let you try them on. Possibly lost an $80 sale, approximately. Unbelievable. Oh well, I didn't need them that bad, just thought they looked cute.

I have purchased many items here, but clothing is always a gamble. They used to have 2 dressing rooms available. With COVID, they closed them, but now, 2 1/2 years along, isn't time to reopen the dressing rooms? In spite of my best efforts to judge fit, more than once I have purchased clothes only to find they don't fit right. Pre-COVID I would have given them 5 stars.

People donate to this thrift store to help them raise money for Hospice. I wanted to buy these glass pumpkins the store had in a case and was told that they were not for sale, they were for display. I am sure the person who generously donated these pumpkins did so with the intention of helping raise money for Hospice, not to use once a year as displays. Egregious!!!!!!!!!!!
