“Easy to reserve and best rates by a long shot compared to UHaul (sure they're $19.99/day, but they charge $.89 a mile!) or other rental companies. We needed a cargo van to pick up inventory in Reno. UHaul's cost would've been more than twice the cost!

“Upon receiving the truck, I observed that the bed was slightly soiled with sand and a few small rocks, which did not concern me. However, upon returning the vehicle, the clerk informed me that I would be charged an additional $20 due to the soiled condition. I explained that I had received the truck in this state, but she insisted that I should have thoroughly inspected and cleaned it before returning it. Consequently, she provided me with a broom to assist in cleaning the bed. I am outraged.”
