I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Savanna at the UPS Store, and I can't say enough good things about her! From the moment I walked in, Savanna greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive to my needs. I had a few complicated packages to ship, and she handled everything with ease and professionalism. She was knowledgeable about all the shipping options and helped me find the best solution that fit my budget and timeline.
What really stood out was her attention to detail and her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. She even helped me with some last-minute printing and copying, which saved me a lot of time and stress. It's clear that Savanna genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.
Thanks to her excellent service, I'll definitely be returning to this UPS Store for all my shipping needs. If you need help with shipping, printing, or any other services, I highly recommend asking for Savanna. She's the best!

My recent visit to the UPS store in Sebastopol was fantastic, all thanks to Savannah! Her customer service is truly exceptional, and I can't recommend her enough. I stopped by a few days ago to make some copies, and she was incredibly helpful. A+ experience all the way!

Leaves much to be desired. First, they should install a sign out front. Even though this is on the main street through town, it's hard to find unless know the address. Second, they had only one person working there at 4:00 in the afternoon. Third, everything seems a bit off. It's like they just moved in and haven't decorated the place. Kinda like the copy shop in Better Call Saul or the movie Napoleon Dynamite.One thing that blew my mind was the advice offered by the clerk to the person in front of me. She was shipping a parcel internationally. The clerk asked what the value was, the customer said what it was, and she replied "Let's just write $20; otherwise they are gonna charge a lot for import duties."Nice. While IANAL, I'm pretty sure that it is illegal for anyone to undervalue a shipment in order to avoid duties

Refused to take passport photo unless I put my hair behind my ears. Showed inept clerk my current passport photo which obviously did not have this requirement nor that anything from the state department website said this was a requirement. Refused me anyhow because she now was going to insist she was right

Great people, fair prices, good location. Unfortunately when I needed directions to their new address the man who answered the phone was curt and argumentative. Must have been a bad day.

New location, new team? The woman who helped me today (Kelly) seemed very spacey, moved slow & was extremely unskilled with a tape gun. Our company has a business account for billing with UPS, but despite asking first, was told at the very end that they don't accept account numbers because they're a franchise location. . . . . I asked for something to be taped a specific way, she completely ignored that request. Instead she applied an excessive amount of tape elsewhere, which was barely adhered to the box because it was bunched so badly. She then flipped the box upside-down, despite all the fragile orientation arrows & perishable warnings on the box. There were 6 or 7 workers in there, but only one manning the counter while a lined formed... Plenty of good people looking for work out there, hire until you got the right team in place.

First time in the store was to use a notary. They called in sick. I was told nothing else. 2nd attempt and now I have to make an appointment. Why was I not told this the first time. There wont be a third time. I'll gladly pay more to use someone else!
