Melissa and everyone at Apple Blossom Tax Service have been great to work with. This year I've had a number of things take place which have made my taxes rather complicated, and my father passed away necessitating that I file a final tax return for him. Melissa demonstrated a thorough understanding of my tax situation and had no problem filing my father's taxes in another state. She and Brittney did a great job for me and were also able to meet a critical deadline which required that my father's tax return be completed before the end of February. Everyone I've interacted with at Apple Blossom Tax Service (Dominique, Candy, Brittney, and Melissa) have always been very communicative, sharp-minded, pleasant, helpful, and conscientious. Melissa has given me some much needed and appreciated tax advice. I feel like they see me as an individual rather than just another file, that they have my best interests at heart, and that their fees are quite reasonable.

Apple Blossom Tax Service is great. They are friendly and efficient. They are knowledgable and informative. They give you all the resources and options for submitting information you could need. Did I mention they are fast? I think I had about a two week turnaround despite submitting incomplete information. A lot of great people there helped me: Britney, Candy, Jackie, and Jessica were all great. And the owner Melissa Ochoa met with me personally to review my file and materials. I'm not a big client for them and I was particularly difficult last year. But I still received the best service, advice, and expertly prepared returns both years. Thank you Apple Blossom Tax Service!

THE WORST Charged me 2100.00 for what.. never updated My quick books, I only wrote 4 checks.. Melissa is a rip off Now I received a IRS LETTER and she refused to reimburse me For my new accountant ti fux her Crappy bookkeeping DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY DONT USE THIS PLACE Clarence younger the original Owner would be ashamed Of Melissa the owner I now have Terkelson in Petaluma There fee is 600.00 Not 2100.00 like they charged
