I love my S23 phone and the salespeople were great.
BUT their protection plan socks big time. They farm out the service plan. I submitted my claim 7 weeks ago and the company 'Ubreakifix' scheduled 3 different times to come to my home and fix it and canceled all of them. Finally they sent me a text telling me they don't have the parts. I personally went in to Ubreakifix. They wanted to charge me to fix it. I ended up paying $100 for a replacement phone. They told me consider it your co-pay.
Yah I feel so much better.

Jay and his crew helped me again with exceptional service. They once again took care of a major problem caused by a salesman at the Clovis CA location. I will never use another location as long as Jay and the Selma CA location continue to operate. They spent hours helping me without any compensation or complaints. This will be the second time I am upgrading my entire family through his store. Thanks, Jay and crew. Carl

As soon as we got into the store Daniel came right up to us and began helping us. We were trying to trade in my phone but it still had payment on it but he let us upgrade for one of our different phones. He also helped us transfer the data

I want to give a shout out to Genevieve! Forthe outstanding customer service she provided. She went above and beyond her job duties and engaged like no other. She was persistent on her goal in helping me achieve what I had set out to accomplish with getting a situation resolved. She remained professional when talking to other representatives on the phone and apologized in them not helping my situation. She gave me all the resources I needed. Great Customer Service! Alex helped us when adding a new line and understanding our current billing structure. We stopped by an hour before closing and they were kind enough to stay past the closing time and helped me pick out my case. I appreciated his help.
