“Woke up to a flat tire. Found American Tire Depot online and made an appointment. Very friendly and professional. Can’t believe they fixed a flat for no charge. It’s a new car so I didn’t even buy tires from them. While waiting I saw that they treated everyone in a friendly way. The young man who helped me was very patient and explained in detail an oil pan problem to a distressed woman. Top notch people. I would go back.”

“Jay, Rodrigo, George, & Cruz helped during our experience. At first we just went to look for cars but ended up pitching a vehicle by the end of the day. They helped us very well throughout the experience and getting us set up. They personally drove the car out of the building to let us test drive it and loved it. The experience and service was great. Although it took a long time to get set up, they did a great job, even when some of us had places to be they took that to notice and did everything the quickest and best that they could. We appreciated everyone’s help and making me laugh at some points especially, we are loving our new car and we appreciate the great service from everyone.”

“I've taken all my vehicles here. I had a Landrover and they took a good look told me what the issue was and then suggested I go to Landrover to see if they would cover it under warranty. Since I already knew what the issues were, thanks to Andersen's, I was able to avoid paying crazy prices. I since got rid of that car and got a Chevy Tahoe. All my work gets done here. Highly recommend.”

“Came in today to look at the Hyundai Sonata 2026 Hybrid Blue. Thomas was amazing! He brought out multiple cars and took the time to explain the different features. I’ve been to several agencies and this was the only one where they took the time to show me the cars. Thomas should work for commission! Thank you for an amazing experience😊”

“I had a great experience at Lithia Hyundai of Fresno, Five-star experience from start to finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My salesperson, Eric Herod, helped me get the best price and experience in the Valley. He was stellar to work with—patient, never pushy, and provided numerous options to fit my budget. He even helped me special order my exact car and held it for me the moment it arrived. Even a month later, Eric still checks in to ensure I understand with the features and Bluelink. Eric went above and beyond!! Big thank you! I also want to highlight Brian M. in sales, who was incredibly knowledgeable and made the dealership process quick and easy, and Rosie D in Finance. Rosie has access to the best local and national banks and worked tirelessly to find the perfect fit for my budget. When I had a technical issue with the car, the GSM Brad personally followed up with me on multiple occasions to see if he could assist or have the car towed to his facility to see if he could facilitate additional repair, troubleshooting or resolution avenues. Eric and Brad checked regularly to see if they could assist till the issue was resolved. He is great to work with! So were George and Mike! This team is truly passionate about their customers, not just during the sale, but long after. If you want a stress-free experience with a team that goes above and beyond, go see Eric and the crew! This team is passionate, professional, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. This is the 4th car we have purchased from Lithia Hyundai of Fresno. I Highly recommend Lithia Hyundai of Fresno! Ask for Eric Herod or Brian M ?”
