When I had a technical issue with the car, the GSM Brad personally followed up with me on multiple occasions to see if he could assist or have the car towed to his facility to see if he could facilitate additional repair, troubleshooting or resolution avenues. Eric and Brad checked regularly to see if they could assist till the issue was resolved. He is great to work with! So were George and Mike!
