“My mom and I came in looking for a new tire after the one that got punctured during our road trip was deemed unrepairable by the Costco next door. The Costco people were very nice, but unfortunately there wasn’t anything they could do. We came into Carrolls fully expecting to buy a new tire, but the wonderful mechanic in the back came in, rolled in the tire with him, and said he’d handled worse. He fixed it up in under 30 minutes and saved us so much trouble (and also money), and we’re incredibly thankful to him, as well as the mafia boss looking guy at the front desk who was super patient with us while we were freaking out. We made it to our final destination in one piece through their help. 🙏 Thank you so much to both of them!”

“Vince and Mark were extremely caring and attentive, addressing all of my questions and concerns with respect to my Ford fusion AC. On my initial visit, they cleaned out my air filter so that I could drive my car comfortably until the parts came in. And we all know you cannot live in the central Valley without AC in the summer!!! But they did this for me because they care about their customers. The parts were ordered and received in a timely manner and they communicated with me openly and honestly. I even have a refund coming as one of the parts cost less when re-ordered!!. I have decided that they are going to be my forever mechanics because I am confident they are going to keep my little 2007 Ford running as long as possible and I trust them implicitly! I plan on taking my car back for all major and routine maintenance and no one else is ever getting under my hood!!
