“Great customer service. Opened my accounts at this branch and my experience was positive. The only issue I have encountered is when making a cash deposit in their outdoor ATM, the air that blows out when the slot to deposit cash opens is so strong it blows the cash out. My money was flying everywhere and I was unable to make a cash deposit. I avoid that ATM.”

Also I believe she mentioned that she normally didn't do new accounts but I couldn't tell. I'm looking forward to banking her for quite some time. “Several years ago, I was disappointed with the management at this bank, but now there is a new manager who is really great. About two years ago, I had my account hacked a half dozen time over several months and was helped by Maribel. She went well above and beyond to rectify the problem and to arrange swift reimbursement. My account hasn't been hacked since. I really can't praise her enough! The tellers there are very knowledgeable and their customer service skills are phenomenal, particularly Evangelina and Debbie who have been there for quite some time. I highly recommend this specific bank, as the entire staff are amazing!!”
